No geral, bom

O estacionamento é praticamente na rua, o que não traz muita segurança aos hóspedes que possuem veículos (cobram taxa de estacionamento). O quarto 308 tinham ao todo 4 tomadas, 1 delas não funcionava e outra era da TV (senti falta de uma no banheiro). O ar condicionado vazou a noite inteira, o que fez uma pequena poça e molhou alguns pertences. O frigobar bem antigo, enferrujado, porém, gela bastante. Café da manhã bem servido, variedade razoável. Funcionários bem prestativos e educados. O serviço de limpeza só funciona se deixar a chave na recepção, caso saia e leve consigo a chave, não verá seu quarto limpo ao voltar. Wi-fi pega bem. No geral, estabelecimento sem muita burocracia, clássico e simples para quem quer economizar.

Péssima Escolha. Fujam!!

Passei apenas 1 noite, para seguir viagem a Fortaleza, mas já na primeira hora me arrependi da reserva. Péssimas condições, fotos não são reais, aspecto de sujo e mal cuidado. Liguei o ar condicionado às 21h e passei calor até 00h quando finalmente esfriou.

Razoável! Havia visto outros comentários sobre o hotel e a galera falava mal do café da manhã... Eu pensei que seria bobagem deles. Mas me decepcionei! Para quem gosta de pão, bolo e tapioca está bom. Mas quando a gente pensa em café da manhã de um hotel, o hóspede, com certeza, espera algo mais. Não achei que valeu a pena o custo benefício. Quanto ao atendimento, os funcionários são muitos atenciosos, adorei! Outro ponto legal foi a piscina e por o hotel está próximo de farmácia, mercados e praia.

PIOR IMPOSSÍVEL!!! FUJAM DE LÁ!!!

Horrivel!!! Hotel degradado, imundo, SEM diversos itens que constam na publicação da HOTEIS.COM, como TV a cabo, limpeza diária ( apenas 1 vez em 5 dias e uma dobrada de lençóis e retidada de lixo em outro dia), cafe/chá e TV nas areas comuns, guarda bagagens( ficam apenas atrás de um balcão se necessário), bar lounge!!!!! PROPAGANDA ENGANOSA e a HOTEIS.COM tem q reavaliar as condições do hotel pq fiz a reserva baseada nas descrições de itens q NÃO EXISTEM !!! Café da manhã fraquissimo!!! Bica do banheiro espirra água p fora da cuba q não escoa, tábua do vaso menor que o vaso e vc fica sentado na louça do vaso, produtos de toilette anunciados ficam restritos a sabonete( nada de shampoo ou condicionador), apenas 2 cabides p o quarto, mesmo assim 1quebrado, lâmpadas faltando na maioria dos pontos de luz, o armário não fecha e a porta caindo, paredes e porta-cabides imundos, entrada do hotel c piso quebrado, plantas mortas e secas e fachada caída além de um grande buraco no teto de gesso logo no hall onde é a recepção e o café da manhã, gambiarras aparentes nas instalações elétricas e infiltrações no corredor, buracos nas paredes e black-out rasgado,tudo comprovado nas fotos!!!Sou cliente GOLD desta plataforma de resevas e só de diárias resgatadas no programa de recompensas ja fiz 30 diárias ( sendo q se ganha 1 a cada 10 diárias compradas, por ai dá p ver como já me hospedei pela HOTEIS.COM)!!! Me sinto desrespeitada e com a confiabilidade na HOTEIS.COM abalada!!!

Achei o atendimento excepcional e diferenciado. Me senti em casa desde o momento que cheguei. Hotel era simples, mas aconchegante. Ponto fraco: barulho demais na parte da manhã, o que acabou me acordando. Não está muito nas mãos do hotel, pois os outros hóspedes que deveriam ter "semancol", mas o hotel poderia falar com os hóspedes barulhentos, pois acaba trabalhando quem está lá para descansar.
