Multi-owner time-sharing with very poor management

Some units are in terrible conditions. I called in advance to be sure I'd be allocated a renewed one, but when I arrived the manager simply said it was full and allocated me a very bad shaped unit.

Paguei por algo que não existia. Cheguei no local é fui informado que não tinha mais ninguém responsável pelo flat. E até agora não fui ressarcido.

Tranquilo e relaxante

Foi uma viagem pra relaxar, o defeito são só as escadas mas está no limite aceitável. A questão da limpeza que ficou a desejar pois ficamos do sábado a terça e nesses dias não tinha o serviço disponível e como não eram poucos dias era um serviço indispensável. Mas é aconchegante e confortável. o wi fi nao pega.

Bom custo benefício.

Quarto bom, bem localizado. Porém, não tem café da manhã e o WiFi não funcionava, sequer tinha sinal no quarto. Mas eu recomendo, a relação custo benefício é boa.

Baixo custo, perto da praia, mas não vale a pena.

O grande problema deste Hotel/Flat é que cada apartamento possui um "dono" diferente, e entre os apartamentos disponíveis para locação, podem existir alguns muito mal conservados e outros excelentes. Demos o azar de ficar (somente 1 noite) em um apartamento péssimo, muitas coisas quebradas, cheiro ruim, decoração ruim, mal conservado. Mudamos para outro Flat no dia seguinte onde ficamos até o final de nossa viagem. Por isso não há muito mais o que dizer.

Viele Treppen !

Unzählige Treppen erschweren den Zugang zum Appartment (für ältere Leute und kleine Kinder nicht geeignet), mit 8 Koffern ein Albtraum. Das Appartment war nur dürftig gereinigt, anscheinend noch nicht fertig renoviert (grüne Wände mit weißen Pinselstrichen), Küche spartanisch eingerichtet (3 Stühle für 4 Personen), Badezimmer eher alt und insgesamt leichter Schimmelgeruch, Verdunklungsvorhänge zu klein. Klimaanlage und Kühlschrank funktionierten gut, Pool für Kinder geeignet, gute Lage mit direktem Zugang zum Strand und Meer.

Hotel com vista para o mar

O apartamento é bem aconchegante, encontramos geladeira, fogão e microondas em perfeito estado de funcionamento e conservação, além de pratos, talheres, copos, materiais de limpeza. Pessoal da recepção bem receptivo, sempre à nossa disposição. Fomos bem atendidos pelo Fellipe. Recomendo a todos que forem a Natal.
