O hotel é super agradável, a comida maravilhosa, o serviço/atendimento é impecável… desde a recepção ao atendimento no restaurante, ao professor Scooby de hidroginástica, a equipe da limpeza! Felizmente não estamos com sintomas da Covid-19...

O hotel não esta preparado para pandemia. Os apartamentos tem área comum aberta e, o hotel esta colocando hospedes em apartamentos lado a lado. O primeiro que nos colocaram tinha um fumante ao lado. O sujeito foi fumar fora do quarto e era como se estivesse fumando dentro do nosso quarto. Reclamamos do afastamento mínimo e, nos disseram que a parede seria suficiente. Só que os apartamentos não tem paredes separando a área comum. Nos colocaram em outro apto, também, com hospedes ao lado. Detalhe: o hotel não estava lotado. O restaurante funciona com autosserviço, o que e inadequado em tempos de pandemia. Para piorar as ilhas de alimentos estão todas lado a lado e nenhum funcionário para orientar o afastamento necessário, que os hospedes, muito mal educados por sinal, não respeitam. Só um exemplo: no café da manha são oferecidas três bebidas. Todas em um mesmo canto do restaurante ao lado da entrada da cozinha. Claro que pessoas conscientes esperariam a sua vez afastadas, mas não e o caso. Por vezes tinham três pessoas servindo-se de bebidas e os garçons passando, tudo num espaço de 1 metro quadrado.

Café da manhã bem fraco nas opções, comida sem sabor, faltou cuidado e carinho no preparo. Internet péssima, precisei trabalhar e tive que ratear com a minha internet do celular. Houve falta de água quente 03 vezes na hora do banho, com demora na solução. O hotel é muito voltado para o atendimento dos argentinos, com músicas argentinas o tempo todo. Estive há 10 anos atrás nesse hotel, retornei porque tive uma boa impressão, porém dessa vez foi bem complicado.

A comida do hotel é horrível. Eu comprei meia-pensão, jantar muito ruim, nem a sobremesa salvava. O refrigerante era em copo e cada vez era servido em copo de tamanho diferente, mas mesmo preco. Não tem estrutura se resort, só o nome. Nao vale à pena. O hambúrguer era com carne congelada tipo "Sadia". Estrutura antiga. A equipe é gentil.

Nos hospedamos no bangalô com banheira privativa, acomodação linda e confortável mas a alimentação deixou a desejar. Poucas opções saudáveis e pratos muito carregados e oleosos, o que acabou nos causando desconforto intestinal por três dias. No regime all inclusive, não havia variedade de bebidas sem álcool para quem não consome bebidas alcoólicas. Diante disso, não voltaria.

Hotel é bem velho, precisa de uma reforma. Banheiro tinha cheiro de esgoto e o ar condicionado não gelava o suficiente. As refeições são limitadas, com pouca variedade e sempre faltando os itens, pois não tinha reposição. Comida em buffet toda jogada, com péssima apresentação e sabor. Precisei sair algumas vezes do hotel para ter uma refeição descente. O all inclusive do final do ano era limitado, tanto para comida quanto para bebidas, o que nos deixou muito frustados. Enfim, péssima experiência.
