We stayed there twice. Fist time 4 nights- 1st floor area D. I Didn’t like that area. Close to the kitchen so it was a little warm and smelly. Not in the room though. Good food. Good service. Second time, 1st floor area B. Soo much better. It’s a beautiful hotel.

The Serbs Natal Grand Hotel provided high quality services to me and their guests. They were welcoming, and made my friend and I feel at home. The hotel is clean, organised and provide great amenities. The restaurants are great, the workers are respectful and respectable. They are professional in all their operation. The people provide a blend of international cuisines with locals. Someone is always ready to assist where there is a need. I love the people. While the service is great at Serhs, when I travel the attitude of the people is everything to me. The workers did not disappoint. They gave the best of the Brazilian culture. The hotel is nice; however, a few things I noticed affected my rating. Despite how nice it looks, it needs renovations. There were many cracks and open areas that needed fixing and remodeling. Two, the sheets and curtains had stains on them, and the cleaning crew does not change the sheets; instead, they make the bed to make it look like they did. Three, despite paying for an all-inclusive package, I had to pay a fee at check-out for the food that I ordered. Lastly, the Wi-Fi signal wasn't been the best.

Place is very nice! They definitely need some improvements in the gym area. Very nice staff. Everyone was really accommodating, specially Edwin, Souza, Stefany and Vanessa. Food was really good but they definitely need to make some adjustments. Lines were huge for breakfast and lunch stations. They were not that good with snacks and the Entertainment is not the best for adults. It is a really good place for kids and families. Not so much for couples. My room was amazing! Everything was nice, clean and well maintained.

For the price I definitely expected more, especially when it comes to the food. Breakfast was great (we had the more private breakfast because we payed more for a suite so maybe that influenced that result) but lunch and dinner were par to sub-par in my opinion. A lot of the buffet foods were way overcooked and semi flavorless. When you're spending so much money to have full meal services and you eat food that isn't as good as what you make at home that was for sure disappointing. ... Location and convenience was great, especially with two little kids, but I think I would have enjoyed it more in a hotel that would give a little more effort.

Sou sempre justo nas avaliações e nunca vão me dizer sobre "ain, não pegava wifi", "ain, o café da manha era ruim" etc. Prós: Localização, fica perto do morro do careca, mas não tão perto da muvuca. dá pra ir andando ou de petinete; O Hotel possui 5 restaurantes, sendo um no estilo buffet e os outros À la carte, todos maravilhosos, principalmente os À la carte, sem deixar de mencionar o Marenostrum e o Tapiro Gril; Existem ótimos restaurantes ao redor para quem não estiver no Serhs Inclusive; Recreação para crianças e adultos; O time de funcionarios, com exceção do Gabriel que fica na praia são excelentes. Contra: Falta treinamento para alguns colaboradores, como por exemplo na hora de pedir alguma bebida ou alimento, eles perguntam o numero do quarto e ja falam o nome, sendo assim alguem pode escutar e fazer o pedido no nome de outra pessoa. O certo seria perguntar o quarto e perguntar onome da pessoa para certificar se é ela mesma; Não gostei da atitude do Gabriel que fica no bar da praia, ao ser solicitado por uma ´hospede que estava com a cadeira quebrada, ele simplesmente a ignorou, na primeira vez quando ela o chamou, por ele estar com fone de ouvido e na segunda vez quando ela teve que banar os braços na frente dele e mesmo asim ele a ignorou; Ja estive em muitos Hoteis/Resortes em varios lugares do brasil e exterior e acho um absurdo vc ter que esperar ate as 9 horas para poder ter uma cadeira na praia; Tem mais contras mas o limite de caracteres ja acabou.

A estrutura do hotel é muito boa. São muitas opções de piscinas, vários restaurantes, diversos bares, muita de recreação, brinquedoteca, campo de futebol. Tudo isso num hotel à beira mar. O quarto é bem amplo. Os pontos negativos são o serviço, um pouco amador, apesar da simpatia dos funcionários. E a comida tem muito a melhorar. O que me chamou atenção foi a qualidade dos alimentos. No café da manhã, o presunto servido era evidente de péssima qualidade, o gosto era inclusive duvidoso, não tive coragem de comer. O ovo era totalmente sem sabor, cheio de água, bolos sem sabor também. A fila da tapioca, no fim de semana, era em torno de 20 minutos e a qualidade da tapioca péssima também.. a massa sequer era peneirada, cheio de bolotas. O que me fez concluir que é muito hóspede para pouco funcionário. Era tanta demanda que o funcionário não consegue ser zeloso. O jantar do buffet, muito fraco, comida de carregação, sem sabor algum. Nem as sobremesas são gostosas, algo tão simples. Parece que tudo é para economizar os gastos do hotel. Portanto, recomendo evitarem comer nos buffets do hotel.
