The overall staff was amazing. The only issue I came across was trying to buy 3 waters from the front desk on the night of (11-30-25), where I ran the bell multiple times & ended up putting the water back, only to see buddy outfront, coming back inside as I was leaving. Went back to buy them bc I still NEEDED them. Our room was not amazing... ROOM 216. Screws in the shower were coming undone, the bathroom door handles looked hot glued together & fell apart, lamps were actually missing, light switches didn't work, drawers were stuck. I am not saying the hotel was a problem - that room was a problem to look into.

The decor was lovely, room was clean and bed was so comfortable. The only complaint i have is that the room doors are so loud when they close and it seemed to go on all night.
