My room had cockroach. When I advised the staff that the room had cockroaches,I was told that I could move to a smaller room. Very disappointed. Hope i did not bring any cockroaches back home with me.

Great staff

The staff was amazing! I was there with my dad the day before surgery and they were very accomodating of his needs. And mine. As he was hed over i rebooked another night there.

The shower drain would back up at room 406. We let them know on the first day of our 4 day stay and nothing was done. At checkout, I brought it up to the manager. She was surprised why her front desk person that I reported to the first day did not offer to change our room. The manager simply apologized and said we have noted our maintenance crew but they won't come until later in the week.
