Housekeeping never visited my room over the 3 nights I was there and I never put the hangtag on my door to not have them come. I am a business traveler and when you book for 3 days, you should be offered a refrigerator in your room. Also, the gym is located 10 minutes away and not on site, which wasn’t clear on the website, so I was disappointed to not have easier access. The staff never asked about my stay and seemed bored.

Bed was comfortable, but room lacked a luggage rack. The room had a phone but no notice of how to reach the front desk. I called the hotel on my cell to request an extra blanket and never received the blanket I requested. Garage parking is not guaranteed and parking is limited so keep in mind you may need to do street parking.

Fully stocked mini bar with good choices. Rooms were clean, and there was no noise at night. The sky view rooms have such a pretty view that we slept with the windows open to see it until we fell asleep. We visited for a doctor’s apt, and we will definitely be back.
