We enjoyed our time in Nashville, but unfortunately the property did not live up to its price and billing.
Pro’s: Great location (to Germantown, Printer’s Alley, Broadway), beautiful views, nice gathering space, fun to watch the barges, bridge open up, trains, etc., protected parking;
Con’s: we were never informed that the elevator was broke 2 months ago, so lugging suitcases, coolers, etc up 80 stairs, anthem multiple trips a up and down every day only worked because everyone in my party is in good physical health (for 50 & 60 year olds); There was little sound proofing in the condo, so the “cloggers upstairs, the trains at night, and the late night party crowd could not be muffled; Finally, for pricey and potentially beautiful property, it lack numerous amenities one comes to expect when paying for a premium property - cleanliness of floors (maybe the cleaning staff couldn’t carry their mops and vacuums up that many stairs), extra pillows, blankets, etc., light-blocking window blinds, proper fitting toilet seats, etc.
