Nestled at the intersection of Nashville's vibrant 12th South and Edgewood neighborhoods, this home places you right in the heart of the city, with everything Nashville has to offer just 10 minutes away! A cozy coffee spot, Makai, and Smoothie King are just a block away. Within a short drive or a leisurely 10-15 minute walk, you'll discover fantastic restaurants, bars, and boutiques. Some of our favorite spots in Edgehill include Barcelona and Sadie’s. Walk in the other direction and you'll find yourself in the heart of the 12th South neighborhood, with gems like Lady Bird Tacos, Fonda, The Buttermilk Ranch, and Burger Up.

Other Things to Note:

Please note: This home features three floors of interior living space, with the rooftop terrace located on the 4th floor. There are multiple flights of stairs throughout the home. The main living area and kitchen are located on the second floor, so guests should be comfortable navigating stairs during their stay.



The garage has been transformed into a stylish bonus space featuring a sauna, Peloton bike, and ping pong table. The ping pong table easily folds and rolls aside to make room for a parked car if needed. Ample street parking is available nearby.
