Nestled at the intersection of Nashville's vibrant 12th South and Edgewood neighborhoods, this home places you right in the heart of the city, with everything Nashville has to offer just 10 minutes away! A cozy coffee spot, Makai, and Smoothie King are just a block away. Within a short drive or a leisurely 10-15 minute walk, you'll discover fantastic restaurants, bars, and boutiques. Some of our favorite spots in Edgehill include Barcelona and Sadie’s. Walk in the other direction and you'll find yourself in the heart of the 12th South neighborhood, with gems like Lady Bird Tacos, Fonda, The Buttermilk Ranch, and Burger Up.

This home features three interior levels with a rooftop terrace on the fourth floor. The main living area is located on the second floor, so stairs are required for access.
