5 Star Captain's Quarters is a spacious, newly-converted separate studio that is fully furnished and only 6 blocks from the heart of Downtown Franklin. The studio sits behind our original family home - Stone Oaks - that was built in 1919.

You'll enjoy a truly comfortable night's sleep in our brand new king-size bed as well as other amenities such as a smart TV, a fully-stocked kitchen with stove/oven and your choice of a Keurig coffee maker or a Mr Coffee drip, brand new tiled bathroom, walk in closet, and so much more.

The private setting and drive offers ample room to enjoy the outdoors with the assurance of quiet and comfort should you choose to stay in and relax away the day.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and a patio, and there's space to spread out with a separate bedroom. Guests can expect to find free WiFi and a Smart TV with a DVD player. We stayed there for the weekend to attend the Franklin Dickens Festival and visit friends. The property was great, and in a beautiful part of Franklin Historic District. It was well decorated. Nice and cozy. Had a large yard and a large firepit and sitting area. Easy check in and easy parking. Just a short walk, 15-20 minutes, to downtown. We loved our stay and looking forward to staying the in the future.

What a beautiful and delightful stay! The Captains Quarters was a charming studio location. The grounds are beautiful! We walked in and were immediately taken by the accommodations. I can’t think of a single negative thing to say! Our only regret was that we didn’t have an opportunity for coffee on the front porch! We will definitely be back!

Such a lovely property and gracious hosts. We loved everything about our stay. Property was a nice walk from the town center and in a safe neighborhood. Damon thought of everything her guests may need and we were even treated with delicious banana bread. We’ll definitely stay here again!

Property was exactly as described on-line. It was very clean, well-organized and comfortable. The property and neighborhood in Historic Franklin was beautiful - drawing you to sit out on the lawn or take a nice walk on the sidewalks. There was a variety of good restaurants and shops nearby and the large free parking garage made being in town very handy. Loved the delicious banana bread provided by our hosts!
