    Wonderful location for exploring all of Nashville! Free covered parking, pleasant walk to downtown along the riverfront, or an inexpensive ride share. Host is very responsive, excellent communication, property is well maintained & stocked, deck has a nice view of the Cumberland river & city skyline. Great place to plan your day with morning coffee, and come back to after exploring & unwind. Many good suggestions in the guest book, you can easily plan several days worth of activities. Living area is cozy, with two bedrooms, two baths, and a pull-out sleeper. Plenty of USB charge locations for all the phones and gadgets, secure WiFi is provided.

    Location is perfect! Easy to walk to Broadway and also easy getting an Uber! Loved how this area was quiet. My youngest son’s 21st birthday so it was perfect for my kids and I to be in one place! Very clean and Kim was amazing at communicating! Highly recommend and I will be booking this place for our next visit to Nashville!!

    Location is perfect, not too far from broadway, not too close. Easy short walk. Also was only 2 blocks to the minor league baseball stadium, a nice surprise as something to do for a few hours. Condo well equipped, nice view, nice covered parking. 10/10 experience for family of 4.

    Place was a very good location. Uber was fairly inexpensive to use. Walking possible if weather is good. Beds were very comfortable and unit was well stocked. LR was very small but fine for 4 people. Definitely an older place but worked fine for what we needed!

We were looking for a seamless, luxurious experience, and that's exactly what we got.The location and view are unbeatable: As advertised, the location is truly perfect. Being right on the river provided an incredible view—it was the absolute highlight of our trip to wake up and enjoy coffee on the deck overlooking the water. It was also a super easy, safe walk to Broadway and all the downtown venues.Excellent amenities and comfort: The host has truly thought of everything. The king beds were wonderfully comfortable, and we especially appreciated the free covered parking, which is a huge bonus in downtown Nashville.     First time in Nashville and definitely not our last! Stayed at this great condo and the host, Kim, was awesome and overally accommodating! The pictures are exactly how you will find this cute place! The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was fully stocked and clean and the balcony had a scenic river view. Location was also pretty great, about a 10 minute walk to Broadway. Thank you, Kim! Hope to stay at one of your rentals again soon!

    This condo was exactly as presented. Lovely two bedroom, two bath with nicely appointed kitchen! Perfect for two couples! This place had everything we needed…coffee, tea, comfy beds, fans, phone chargers, toiletries, iron and even a clothes steamer. We weren’t here for an event but if you were, this would be a great option! The location on the river provided a nice respite from the Broadway St party atmosphere. A nice 20 minute walk along the river and we could be at Broadway St or go in the other direction and be at Bicentennial Park and the Farmer’s Market Park. Great location as far we were concerned; Can't party every night! Host was responsive and even made arrangements for us to keep our bags on site until our flight left. Pics are views from the balcony. Great value; great choice!
