The hotel and rooms were very clean and I loved that they had a firm pillow and soft pillow option. Very important when you can't bring your pillow from home! All the staff was super nice and very accomodating.

Mid-town Location - Excellent Choice

Hotel was clean and very nice common areas. Rooms were clean and very comfortable. Breakfast offered many options and was very well maintained. Hotel was eco-friendly which was very nice. Service was excellent! Highly recommend.

Lovey Jones at the front desk was exceptional. She is a credit to the hotel. All the staff was very nice, but Lovey went out of her way to assist our travel companions. It was really nice. I will say there was a small incident as we were leaving. There is a small step outside the hotel exit to where the valet brings your vehicle. The caution tape has worn off, and I missed that step and fell. I would recommend painting that step a bright yellow and perhaps installing a small railing.

Hotel stay was really nice, great location, very clean, nice pool but I do not believe that valet parking should be offered at this hotel. Let people park on their own in the same location where the valet parks the vehicles.

The property is well kept and clean. The breakfast a plus as wellThe staff were all personable and gracious; especially Anna at the front desk. The only drawback was the valet parking. It was expensive and really not necessary, with so many restaurants and attractions within walking distance. The valets were all very nice, but somewhat aggressive in asking for positive comments on reviews. Our business took us to a bldg. at St Thomas Hospital that took more than 15 mins to get there, rather than the three we were anticipating from the map app.

Overall we had a nice stay. Clean room, nice restroom, and good options at breakfast. My only issue was checking in. I was charged $30 to check in early or it would be $3 a bag to hold them until checkin. My daughter's dorm check-in was at a later time so we had to put the luggage somewhere. At other hotels we stayed at simply held our bags and we ate or walked around until the room was ready. I have never had to pay at other properties in Nashville.

Good value hotel near Vanderbilt

Overall nice hotel, friendly and helpful staff, good location. Good breakfast, free coffee anytime. Liquor taps (I didn't use because I always got back late, and they shut them off at 10 pm). Shower wasn't totally clean when I arrived, and valet situation is a bit awkward on busy weekends like college move-in (also pretty expensive) but those were the only small negatives in an overall positive stay. Had a great time.
