The house exactly what we needed. It was close enough for all of us to get to all the attractions but not right in the middle of it so when we wanted to unwind it was great!

WOW!

This home is so fun! The layout is amazing and the decor is perfect. We loved the balconies off each bedroom. Location made it easy to Uber downtown and it was easily the cleanest VRBO we’ve ever had.

First time in Nashville

The house was very nice and decorated really nice. I did not realize it is 3 stories and a lot of stairs when I booked it and which wasn’t ideal for my older parents. We did both have bedrooms with en-suites but they are located on the 3rd floor. We were not fans of the neighborhood. Although it’s a quick drive into DT Nashville there was a lot of construction and the freeway noise was very loud, even at night.

Just ok

The property was just ok. Very cheaply built and showing wear and tear. A lot of scratches on the walls, rusting fixtures, and paper thin walls. The garage clearance is extremely low so if you have a higher car you can’t park in the garage and there is nowhere else to park. The neighborhood is on the highway and not very pleasant. Overall, it was fine and had good amenities but we wouldn’t stay again.

Amazing stay

My mother, uncle, and I came into town for a concert and stayed at this property. It was in a perfect location and close to everything. If we return to Nashville, we will be staying here again!

Great time in Nashville

The townhome worked out great for us and had everything we needed for our visit. Nice to have 2 1/2 bathrooms and a large updated kitchen. The neighborhood was a little odd and not close to much, but between our rental car and Lyft we didn’t mind.

First timers in Nash and VRBO

We cannot say enough about how great our stay was. To the owners of our rental… it was perfect! This property is stunning, clean and neat. Beautifully decorated and cared for. We were 5 minutes from downtown and they are pet friendly. Our first experience with VRBO. We will be back. Thank you to the owners that took time to solve our tv issue. Instantly it was fixed. Cannot day enough! Perfect.

Reconnect with family and friends.

This property is very close to downtown Nashville. The neighborhood has a bit of construction going on for additional housing. The area is growing fast! Opryland, Franklin, Hendersonville and the Jack Daniels Distillery are nice day trips.

Terrific River North Condo

In Nashville to wedding plan with daughter and friend. Condo was perfect - lots of amenities and the layout was gorgeous. In the near future, this up & coming neighborhood is going to be fabulous - right now, there is lots of construction thus not great for walking. Soon! :)

Comfy Condo - short drive to Broadway

Enjoyed a long weekend celebrating birthdays! All the comforts of home are provided, making it very accommodating. Super easy check-in and Alece is very responsive. Good location, off Broadway, so you can relax. Nice to have a garage as well to park a rental car. Quick access to the highway and getting downtown.

Gorgeous Townhouse minutes from downtown!

Our first couples vacation! This gorgeous townhouse was perfectly relaxing after a day or night downtown in Nashville. We made breakfast every morning in the beautiful kitchen! Played UNO in the relaxing living room. The bedrooms were just as beautiful as the rest of the house. If we ever come back to Nashville we will definitely be staying here!
