The location was close to the roadways. The parking situation was terrible. There was rarely a parking space available and we ended up parking at another hotel. When I told someone at the front desk about the parking, she told me that I need to understand that they can’t help. She even told me that she felt it was unfair to her that she couldn’t find a parking space either. When we asked for new towels, and to empty the garbage, no one did it. On the second day, we asked that housekeeping make the beds, and all they did was toss the comforter up over the pillows; nothing else. Also, the windows were full of lip prints and fingerprints in the carpeting was absolutely filthy as if it had never been cleaned. Probably vacuumed, but never cleaned.

This was our first trip since the start of the pandemic, last March. The customer service was incredible and covid safety precautions excellent. We enjoyed a delicious dinner at the hotel restaurant/bar, where Isaiah took very good care of us. The night manager, Neela, went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. She was warm, genuine, and caring. This beautiful hotel is a close driving distance from the zoo, aquarium restaurant, mall, and airport. We will stay here every time we visit family in Nashville.
