The house is a vision of classic charm with its wooden facade, adorned with a welcoming front porch and enveloped by lush greenery. A sprawling wrap-around deck provides panoramic views of the rolling hills and the nearby creek. The deck, furnished with cozy outdoor seating, invites you to bask in the sunlight during the day and enjoy starlit evenings. The hot tub is the perfect place to soak after a long adventurous day exploring nature. Spark up a fire in the Cowboy Cauldron or Fire pit!

Step inside, and you'll find a spacious, open-concept living area featuring a warm and inviting atmosphere. The living room, furnished with plush sofas and adorned with rustic decor, boasts a gas fireplace. A luxurious Hot Tub, Sauna and Cold Plunge Tub strategically placed on the deck, invites you to unwind while soaking in the breathtaking views of the countryside. The expansive grounds provide ample space for outdoor activities, picnics, and nature walks, making it an ideal retreat for both adults and children. Lake is stocked with fish and paddle boats (NO SWIMMING). Some fishing gear is kept at house, but please bring your own gear! Six Disc Golf Holes!

There are five holes on one 10,000 sq ft green.

There are five teeboxes that hit to that one green. They are 90 yards, 115, 140, 170, 220.

There is a secret sixth teebox on the Yoga platform on top of the hill - I have a pic of it in the ones I sent you. That one is 265 yards.

Just a couple of things to keep in mind — please avoid glitter and confetti (they're a cleaning crew's worst nightmare 😄), and steer clear of placing anything on the wallpaper. We just ask that all decorations are removed before you check out. Have fun with it!

🎉 Gatherings & Visitors Our cottages are designed as a peaceful retreat, so we ask that the property not be used as a hub for outside visitors or rotating guests. We want everyone — including our neighbors — to enjoy the space!

🤫 Quiet Hours We have wonderful neighbors, and we'd love to keep it that way! Please help us by keeping outdoor noise to a considerate level during quiet hours. Thank you!

🚭 Smoke-Free Property To keep our space fresh and comfortable for every guest, we ask that there be no smoking inside or within 25 feet of the property. If you smoke outdoors, please keep windows and doors closed. Please note that a $500 fee applies if smoke is detected indoors.

🛠️ Accidents Happen! We truly mean it — we get it! If something breaks or gets damaged during your stay, please just let us know. We appreciate your honesty and it always makes a big difference. No need to stress — just a quick message is all it takes!

🧼 Leaving the Space Our cleaning team works incredibly hard, and we're so grateful for them! The standard cleaning fee covers a normal turnover, so we ask that you leave the space in a reasonably tidy condition out of respect for their time and effort. Our check-out instructions (found in this welcome book) make it easy — just follow those and you're all set. We appreciate you helping us keep things country-cool, classy, and cozy! 🌿

⏰ Early Check-In & Late Check-Out Want to arrive a little earlier or linger a little longer? Early check-in (from 8:00 a.m.) and late check-out (until 5:00 p.m.) may be available — just send us a message ahead of time to check availability for your dates. A small fee applies for approved requests, and availability is limited, so the sooner you ask, the better!

🧳 Luggage Drops Unfortunately, we aren't able to accommodate luggage drops outside of your check-in window. We recommend Luggage Hero, Stow Station, or other luggage storage options nearby — they're super convenient and easy to use!



Guest Access:

Guests will have access to over 65 acres on the North side of South Sycamore Creek. Visitors will be able to play in the creek, fish in the lake, hike the mountain, grill on the porch, workout on the yoga platform, put on the green, or settle down in the hot tub at the end of the day.

Joelton, Tennessee is an extraordinary town that ingeniously blurs the line between rural charm and city convenience. Situated just a short drive away from the vibrant heart of downtown Nashville, this bucolic haven is a sublime retreat from the pace of city life without losing access to urban amenities.

Hot Tub Rules:

To keep the hot tub running properly, please follow these guidelines — failure to do so may result in a fee:

1. Keep the lid on when not in use

2. Maintain temperature between 99-101°F

3. Do not turn off the breaker



Lake: NO SWIMMING in the lake and please wear a life jacket at all times when on or near the lake.



-Please note that the neighbors sometimes use the road to the left of the lake!
