Our favorite part of the house is the open floor plan, which is perfect for gathering, and also the stunning outdoor living space! Large Samsung Smart TVs in EVERY bedroom plus a huge 65" Samsung TV in the living room, with a BOSE sound bar for listening to your favorite playlist!

We loved staying here. It was close enough to the main area of Broadway, but yet far enough away to not be bothered by the crowds. Took about five minutes by uber to get to the main area. Great location and wonderful home to share with friends. All of us said we would stay there again if ever back in Nashville. Highly recommend this home.

This is a great home for a group trip to Nashville. Lauren was easy to communicate with, house was clean, the kitchen was very well stocked, easy walk to Midtown or short drive to Broadway. I would highly recommend this rental and would definitely rent again.

What a great stay! Property is just as amazing as listed. Neighborhood is fantastic with many restaurants and live music venues a five minute walk away. Short Uber to downtown locations such as Broadstreet. We loved our stay! Highly recommend for anyone visiting Nashville. Many extras included with plenty of clean linens and towels. This home is exactly like the pictures. It is very pretty and so well done. The beds were comfortable and the home had everything we needed for a great stay.
