My daughter and I stayed here for 4 nights. The listing stated the neighborhood is "very safe and charming." Instead, we did not feel safe and were told by several people this is not an area to walk around. The parking area has numerous signs about locking doors and not leaving items in your car. We were awakened one night by a woman screaming.

The host was remarkable. We had to work through some IT issues up front but she was very accommodating. The Condo was just as pictured on the site. It looked to be recently remodeled. The appliances seemed new and were all we needed. I would recommend for anyone interested in staying in Nashville. It was convenient to most everything,.

The size and price was just what we needed. Enjoyed the coffee shop across the street for coffee, cocoa, and breakfast food. We felt safe and secure and well rested at the end of a busy day.

There is plenty of parking in the lot. Rooms were all very clean and the kitchen is well equipped. The host is wonderfully responsive and promptly helped with every detail. This unit is in a great location with easy access to downtown, as well as plenty of great spots in East Nashville

Quiet neighborhood. We had a rental car so it was easy getting to Broadway, Opryland and more. The condo was very clean. Beds were comfy. Had a Keurig and we enjoyed that every morning. Only one suggestion: the bathrooms are really dark-need a makeup mirror or better lighting. Great place!

Great place to stay!

We enjoyed our stay during CMA Fest. The location is nice and in a safe area. The property was clean and the property manager was very responsive.We will stay here again the next time we need to stay in Nashville.Definitely recommend!

Long weekend with extended family

This property was just right for 2 couples. Two bedroom with King beds and two full baths met our needs. The kitchen was fairly well stocked and had a Keurig and toaster . The location was easy to get Lyft rides quickly. It could get a little noisy at times but was quiet by 11pm. Our host responded quickly when we had a question and cheered in our us during our stay. Overall a nice place to spend 4 days in Nashville.

Girls Weekend Fun!

Lovely home. Great decor. Clean. Receptive host. We took Uber everywhere. 15-20 min to everywhere. Walk to Redheaded strangler to eat. So good! I would stay here again.

This is just a couple minutes drive from downtown. So you can avoid the noise of the city but still enjoy it nearby. It was very clean and comfortable with everything we needed.

Nashville Weekend with my son and his girlfriend!

Super clean place that was close to everything. Peaceful quiet neighborhood that had a variety of food and store for anything one needs! Will definitely try to stay here again on my next visit

Great Nashville stay!

We stayed here for a night and wished we could have stayed longer. It was close enough to all of the action, without being right up on it. A quick Uber ride and we were on Broadway! The place was stocked well and we felt safe.
