Front desk staff was very kind and helpful, the room was clean, and the design of the room was beautiful. Only setback was the AC sounding like it was about to take off, but we got used to it pretty quickly! Overall, we had a great stay.

Of course its loud because of the planes taking off. For made to order breakfast not very good. I give the front end staff a 5 out of 10. The rooms are nice and clean so the cleaning so the Cleaning staff gets an 8.5 out of 10.

This was my first time at a Cambria Hotel. I was very impressed by the beautiful lobby, the very clean halls and room, multiple places to hang coats and towels, the AI bathroom mirror, the coffee/amenities station, lots of places to set your things down, large screen TV with multiple positions, super comfortable bed and pillows, and lastly, blackout shades. Just a really nice room and at a very reasonable price. New fan.

My room at the Cambria hotel was absolutely wonderful! I of course expected it to be clean and comfortable and it was and the little extras: the layout, the wall art, awesome bathroom mirror just made it feel extra comfortable and modern. I was sad I was only spending one night there.

My room was spotless and the bed was so comfortable. Staff (both check in and restaurant) were 10 out of 10. I only had breakfast at the restaurant but my egg white omelette was massive and tasty. I've stayed at so many hotels near BNA to visit family and I have finally found my go-to.
