Great location!

This was a great place to stay as we celebrated my 50th birthday! The property was exactly as advertised was clean spacious and was located in a safe neighborhood and things were very easy to walk to from the property. I highly recommend staying at this place!

Love the location, super cute property

We really enjoyed our stay here. Very cute location near Belmont college and walking distance to 12 South neighborhood. Property was clean, well stocked and had a great layout. One bedroom is on the main level which was great for my mother in law to not have to do stairs. Would definitely stay here again

Great spot

We had a great time, and would recommend this property! There was plenty of room for 6 adults to love around comfortably and a bonus that each bedroom has their own bathroom. Close ebough to walk to bars / coffe shops. Close enough to broadway that ubers were quick and a short drive. Its a great spot for a group of adults that are looking to have a quiet place to relax after a day / night on the town

Great trip!

The property was exactly as described within walking distance to many shops, restaurants and coffee shops. Great area! Close to everything but still very quiet. Plenty of room for our family of 6! Host checked in on us and responded immediately when we asked to extend our stay. Would definitely stay again!

Quick Family Trip

This property is clean and very conveniently located. There is so much natural light and the beds are comfy. This will be my go-to VRBO in Nashville for family visits. The owner is responsive and check in/out is very easy.
