Really enjoyed this apartment. While Nashville's allure is the great (loud) music, its nice to stay in a place that is close but a bit more peaceful. Staff was awesome & quickly responded to me & replaced a fan when I mentioned a new one was needed. Highly recommend!

Check in and parking info was clearly communicated, the unit was as advertised. It was a great location - close to everything on Broadway and Bridgestone (we were there for the rodeo). The communication, even after check-in, from Avent was impressive.

It is a close walk to Broadway which we loved but not too close. It was quiet and peaceful. Parking is not included in the overall cost. This may have been listed and I overlooked it. They do give you a discount but it cost 60. To park for 2 nights and 3 days. The host communication is GREAT! Super easy check in.

This accommodation worked out perfectly. It was an easy walk to all of the places I wanted to visit. It was clean, comfortable, nice shower pressure! I only had one question and it was answered fairly quickly. Loved that there was a washer and dryer. Definitely recommend.

Clean home and parking was easy. The bed was not the most comfortable but that’s what you get with IKEA furniture! It was a great location to all the sights and it was well priced for location. Parking is extra which wasn’t evident until after the reservation was made.

This property was awesome and we had a wonderful time staying here. We had a trade show in the city that we could walk to every day. We could also easily walk to Broad Street and anywhere downtown that we wanted to go making this so convenient. The only Lyft we got was to the Opry and everything else we walked! The condo is great with everything you need, the bed is super comfortable and we felt safe the entire time. We definitely recommend this and would stay here again. The communications with the property management were easily and timely as well. They were very attentive which I appreciated.

I was an emotional wreck bc my husband had just left me and there were zero tissues. I used toilet paper. The fitted sheet in the bedroom did not fit the mattress at all. The bed wasn’t even made when I got there. There were no washcloths for when I showered, no full-length mirror as I had to attend a church service the next day and there were no scissors to cut a tag off a dress. A kitchen should have scissors in it at the very least. Very disappointed stay

Reminder from SoBro helped with the easy checking in / out process. Parking available wasn't priced as seperate, from what I remembered in booking , but was reasonable (35 - 24 HRs and wife missed the discount code) comparing to hotels within area and within 50 feet from acess doors.

Really nice place, just blocks off broadway, very clean. Toilet paper and paper towels were awful but a quick trip a block away to the bodega fixed that. Wish the safe and dryer worked but they used a label maker to put out of order on them. Hopefully those get fixed soon.

Property is near broadway but takes longer than a typical 2 block radius to walk to. My okay rating was not location but more value for money since picture appeared to have an outside patio and it was not as on picture, shared space and run down. Also the tv remote batteries were dead and coach was run down so not comfortable for resting after touring. Finally, biggest complaint was minimal hot water for taking showers. This property was like a Super 8 hotel basic needs but expected more for money. I will return to Nashville but not stay at this property.

We loved our stay & it was the perfect size for 6 days. Nice to have more space than just a hotel room. Loved having the makeup vanity with lighted mirror in the bedroom, helped to prevent the bathroom from getting cluttered. Location was great, we could easily walk everywhere but not too much noise. They generously let us check in an hour early as we had a wedding welcome party to get ready for. We will absolutely recommend this to others!

We had a great time in Nashville and truly enjoyed our accommodations at SoBro. To be honest, my first impression was that it was a quirky little place, however, that quirkiness simply added to its charm. The unit was perfect, both warm and inviting. It’s so much better than staying in a commercial hotel. And the AvantStay team and host checked in with us before and during our stay to make sure everything met our expectations. And, it did.

Stay was amazing. Perfect place for me and a friend to stay in the heart of Nashville for the weekend. It was clean, spacious, and comfy. Walkable to everything downtown. Would definitely recommend this stay for anyone wanting to visit Nashville. Would stay again. Host very nice and responsive.

The space was clean and the king bed was comfy. It was easy to walk to Broadway and it felt like a safe area! Too bad the parking wasn't included in the stay, but it was a convenient location. Our room was on the first floor and we could hear all of the walking around above us. Overall it was a positive experience and I'd recommend!
