Could Have Been Better

Our stay started out rough. Pics/description did not accurely represent what we received. We thought we were getting a 2-story apt with 2 king size beds & 2 singles (traveling party of 6). The apartment is actually only 1 level, and we got the equivalent of 2 queens & a full size bed, & the air conditioners didnt work in 2 of the sleeping rooms making it extremely hot and uncomfortable. Owner explained beds were European sizes (we stayed at 3 other apts during this trip and all requested king size beds were as expected. These smaller beds were an unwelcome surprise.) There was a miscommunication the next day as well, as we were not told when the problems were originally reported the prior evening that the owner wanted us to leave the key for corrections to be made the next day (we left early morning for our tours). We assumed the owner/contractors had keys to the property, as that is standard practice at our own rental properties and all others we've stayed at. That said, the owner did correct the single bed situation & the A/C and left some treats to soften the inconvenience. In the end it was fine, but caused stress we didnt need. I hope the owner takes this as a learning experience so future stays are problem free! 1) Note that the beds are (smaller) European sizes. 2) Remove pics of 2 story space. 3) Provide adequate garbage cans, paper towels, working wine opener (we bought one and left for future guests). 4) 2 keys for guests since electric is connected to key

Excelente departamento en ubicacion exepcional

Toledo house fue una agradable sorpresa. Perfecta ubicacion en el casco historico y a 10 mins caminando de la estacion Toledo del metro. 2 recamaras con todo lo necesario para descansar, comodamente los 3 adultos que nos hospedamos. Super limpio y muy linda decoracion. Con ventanas de doble cristal que permite dormir bien. Muy bien equipados los espacios. El check in perfecto ya que es llegada independiente y eso elimina una preocupación en el viaje. Solo debo hacer una observación, si les es posible iluminar mas el acceso hasta la entrada del departamento seria excelente, lo que me lleva a observar que no es buena opcion para personas con problemas de movilidad o cardiacos debido a las escaleras que exigen esfuerzo para sibir y bajar. Muchas gracias por todo. Me encanto el lugar y claro que regresaremos.

Struttura molto bella, ricavata in un appartamento più antico, in 4 si stava comodi ed era ben accessoriata. Unica pecca, non è ben specificato in prenotazione che si tratta di appartamenti con scale senza ascensore, questa stava al terzo piano con scale strette e ripide, con i bambini non era il massimo ma ce la siamo cavata.
