Not friendly staff, vaery small room. The view from the room is nice, close to via Toledo.
Fantastic views of the coast! Short walking distance (800m) from Molo Beverello which is the port for ferries to Capri, Sorrento, etc. Also, walking distance to Castle Nuovo.
It was a beautiful journey in Napoli Courtesy and warm feeling from all staff and superior concierge people Mr Davide was super professional and gently human being I will return at the NH Ambassador with pleasure! PV
The location is excellent, the staff is very good, the facilities appear to have a "golden" era once....but now the maintenance is horrible, the Air-Conditioning is dysfunctional and useless (in a city where the temp raises into the 40+ Deg C), the carpets are badly stained, the faucets are leaking....I believe it is a "Low-Budget" Management Syndrome!!! If I own this facility, the world will be talking about it... I feel sorry for the owners who own a jewel that is abandoned to neglect, and "bad" management I will never go there again nor will I ever recommend it to anyone
We always stay at NH Ambassador when in Napoli. Located near historic sites and Metro stations. Staff attentive and know us by name. Great views from the high floors.
It was a nice hotel. Clean for the most part. Some stains and scruff marks on the wall. Great view of the port from our room. We had a problem with the shower but after going down to reception twice someone came and fixed the problem. The wifi however was very spotty.
