The staff was very nice and accomodating. Room was clean and comfortable, good breakfast, ample parking. In general it was a good place to stay althoug the surrounding area is not so nice. We booked this hotel for the night before an early flight since it was close to the airport and offered 24 hour shuttle service to the airport. We found out shortly after check in that the shuttle service was unavailable after being told, "No problem. No problem," when I called to confirm. We had to pay taxi fare of $55 (TWICE) because we were 2 travelers with flight times 7 hours apart.

Nice hitel with spacous room but not sure about the area. We arrived after dark and it seemed sketchy. Underground free parking and free breakfast are big plusses. Clean. Great internet. Not much food close by. The hotel still uses physical room keys, just fyi

Lovely and practical.

Excellent service, great courtesy from everyone, convenient for the airport, for the city, for everything. I would suggest a wider choice of alternatives to cow's milk for those with allergies or intolerance to dairy.
