We stayed here for one night, for visiting Naples. The location is perfect for this, it's between the spanish quarter, old city, castles next to the sea. There's a parking right next to the hotel. When we arrived in the evening, the lady at the reception seemed that we've bothered her. But it went smooth in the end. The hotel is freshly renovated, the room looked comfortable, very nice mood lighting. The bathroom, although small, was quite modern, having all the shower gel, shampoos and other creams you might think of. The only downside was that the shower only had a top rain head. The view from the room is just another wall at 3m away, but we didn't care. The breakfast was very good, all the usual, plus fruits and an exquisite cake.

Very clean and tidy property however nobody speaks English so very difficult at times . Breakfast was extremely basic and staff smoked whilst serving you meals . Also in the eating area is a canary in a tiny cage quite distressing to watch .

Excellent location, restaurants and cafes in close walking distance. The rooms are very spacious but the hotel itself is quite dark. Staff mostly had good English which was very helpful. Would stay here again.

It was well situated and was of a good standard the only disappointing things were the bathroom was a little small and the breakfast choice was very poor. If travelling by car the garage is right next door

I am writing this review to tell anyone who goes to Naples NOT to stay in this hotel. The short version is: I complained about several aspects of the room to the staff and emailed them my complaints accompanied with pictures to support my complaints. The last set of pictures I sent to them were of the holes I found in my room's bed sheets and pillows. Within two hours of sending these photos, the Naples police were at my door. The hotel had accused me of vandalizing the room and destroying my beddings "to scam them into getting a discount".They banged at my door loudly and yelled to come in. I was shocked and terrified. I could not believe that this was the result of my complaints. The police shouted at me for my documents. Then when I got upset, one man moved towards me, yelling at me and aggressively posturing until he backed me into a corner. He then threatened to put me in handcuffs and take me down to the station or maybe prison. At one point, he was raising his hand and he was yelling in anger, so I got very quiet because I was scared he might hit me.They took pictures of my passport and visa. Before leaving, the guy threatened me again - basically communicating in mime that the next time he saw me, he was going to put me in handcuffs and imprison me. They did not speak a word of English and of course it was the receptionist translating, so God only knows what she told them. Whatever it was, of course it is going to be slanted in favor of the hotel. Yes I asked for a discount but that was only because their service was terrible. I enumerate below. But my point is this: no tourist in a foreign country should be threatened by harassment and intimidation to be silenced for complaining about bad service at a hotel. If they can do this to me, they can do this to you. How was their service awful? 1. They kept leaving the window open and DISLODGED from the frame, which basically allowed all sorts of insects, dust, dirt etc. to enter my room. Also, someone could have definitely pushed the window out of the frame and entered my room to commit a theft. 2. One day, they didn't change my sheets, my towels and left a dirty mug in my room. 3. Despite repeated complaints about the fact that I had no wifi in my room, they did not move me until I complained that the mini bar in the room was also not working. This was 2 days after checking in. 4. When I asked them to fix the mini bar, they said "there is nothing we can do today, we will fix it tomorrow." I said that i had perishable groceries and I needed it fixed first thing in the morning. I even reminded the receptionist of this fact before leaving my hotel the next morning. I returned at 6 PM and still my minibar had not been fixed and some of my food had gotten spoiled. 5. They disrespected me at every turn, especially frizzy-haired Carmen at the reception. She would not make eye contact and insisted on calling me by my first name. I am a paying customer and she is staff. She should not address me as though we are friends, because we are not. Everywhere I have traveled, I have always been appropriately addressed as Miss, Maam, Madame etc. I find this sort of familiarity disrespectful and I can guarantee you she would have never tried had i not been traveling as a woman alone. When I sent the emails to them about my complaints, they called me up in my hotel room and demanded that i go down to the reception to explain myself. Excuse me? Who is the guest here? It is them who needed to explain and apologize. Just to put who I am in context: I have traveled all over the world and stayed everywhere from $25 hostels in Japan to six star (******)hotels at Atlantis in the Caribbean. My family is financially comfortable and I DO NOT NEED THEIR MEASLY DISCOUNT! They can keep it! For you and your family's sake - do not go to this hotel. And if you are as outraged as me and my community is for the way that they treated me, please write to booking dot com and tell them to ban this hotel from their website. Thank you for taking the time to read this.

The location is great, the personnel friendly and helpful, the room clean and of average European size, and the breakfast buffet not so good. Breakfast is served from 7:30 to 10:30 and by 9:30 the pickings are slim and not once did we see anything being refilled. Not a hot dish in sight, such as eggs or bacon, but lots of baked goods.

We liked the hotel. The breakfast was limited but ok. Our biggest problem was almost no English was spoken so it almost felt like we were communicating in sign language. Everyone was very nice - communicating was a challenge.

+Nice and modern little hotel of only two floors, with elevator +Quiet street, parking garage next door where I was told they have some places reserved for guests (I myself didn't' travel with car) +Location is good; between the port and historic center; safe neighborhood. 30 minutes by foot from the train station +Comfortable bed, safe in the room, fridge/minibar; big bathroom with free toiletries +Good working air-conditioning +Good working WIFI +Friendly stuff - Shower cabin quite small and not comfortable; with a big fixed showerhead on top, with no possibility to increase the water flow - Quite small breakfast room and very simple breakfast selection. Croissants, bread and cheese, and that's pretty much it.

Just off the Main Street. Location looked a little dubious when we arrived late evening but looks were misleading a great place to stay after a journey on Naples very good metro service. Will stay again if in Naples

Arrived late at night on the train from Rome. We were so tired we couldn't seem to get directions right and we seemed to wander down every side street before we found the hotel, but it really is very close to Toledo station! At night, and dark our first impressions were not good, until we actually got inside the hotel. There was a bit of confusion, due to my very poor Italian, as to whether we had a room booked, but this was quickly resolved. This was a lovely place to stay. Clean, all the services you expect in a hotel. Stayed 2 nights while we visited Pompeii and Erculano. This place is on the agenda to stay if either of us visits the area again.
