The host is super friendly. But be sure to have WhatsApp turned on because she likes to do checkin via appointment. And for the rookie travelers, Naples will look dirty, but it's a fun town.

Don't be frightened when entering the building. The tattoo parlor is rarely open. Bed and breakfast, sanz breakfast. Picture truck stop accommodation on old route 66.

Stanza molto carina e pulita. Vicinissimo al centro, ci sono molti bar e ristoranti vicinissimi.La proprietaria è veramente gentile, ci ha fornito molte informazioni sul centro storico e dove mangiare. L'entrata del BB è un pochino difficile da trovare, visto che bisogna entrare in un androne e salire al primo piano, però non è un problema una volta averlo fatto.

Il B&B è situato nel contesto del centro di Napoli: comodo perchè vicinissimo ai punti di interesse ma con palazzi non curati e sporchi. Tutto ciò non è naturalmente colpa di chi gestisce il B&B però devo dire che l'accesso al palazzo è da film dell'orrore; ma una volta entrati nell'appartamento dove ci sono le camere, il tutto è ben curato, pulito e ben arredato. L'unica pecca è stata la finestra. La camera che ci hanno dato aveva solo una finestra che dava all'interno sulla chiostrina del palazzo da cui provenivano odori e soprattutto rumori delle persone che abitano nello stesso palazzo. Quindi la finestra l'abbiamo dovuta chiudere di conseguenza (per fortuna il condizionatore funzionava bene). A causa dei rumori siamo riusciti ad addormentarci solo dopo mezzanotte perchè la finestra, anche se chiusa, era quasi come se fosse aperta per il baccano che proveniva da fuori. Letto comodo e colazione abbondante. Sarebbe una gran cosa, riuscire a sostituire le finestre per limitare i rumori. Guadagnerebbe parecchi punti in comfort.

La estancia en el hotel ha sido agradable y tranquila. La habitación está correcta y hay aire acondicionado. El personal del hotel solo estaba de 8 a 17 de la tarde. Después la puerta quedaba abierta sin vigilancia. El desayuno es escaso y el último día no pudimos dejar las maletas en el hotel porqué a las 14,30 el personal se tenia que ir.

Beau séjour!

Bien que l' hôtel semble négligé, il n' en rien de l' intérieur....La dame qui nous reçoit est sympathique. Et la chambre est propre. La situation est bien, nous avons parcouru la ville à pied. Un seul bémol, la station de métro Duomo est fermée!

It’s okay!

The set up is unusual, and not what we expected. It is NOT a hotel. You arrive into a grubby, internal quadrangle, and have to climb a lot of uneven stairs. The corridors of which are decorated with dismantled furniture. However, the welcome was warm and the rooms very clean and very comfortable. Breakfast is limited - coffee and croissant, brought on a tray to your room. The location was right in the thick of the old town and very practical for our 2 night stay, though wouldn’t have wanted to stay in the busy location for longer. Note to future visitors: the door from the main landing into the apartments does not lock!

Eenvoudige B&B, fantastisch gelegen in historisch Napels. Eenmaal op straat loop je direct de bekende Via Tribunali in: gezellige eetgelegenheden, leuke winkeltjes etc. Alles is op loopafstand.

Tolles Hotel mitten zwischen den Sehenswürdigkeite

Ein Hotel, von dem es überallhin nah ist. Man kann alles zu Fuss besichtigen. Zum Bahnhof kann man auch bequem zu Fuß laufen. Sehr nette Bedienung, Tanja ist wirklich ein Schatz! Frühstück wird ins Zimmer gebracht, es ist ausreichend (ein Hörnchen, Zwieback, Nuttela, Marmelade, Joghurt und Espresso). Tolle, preiswerte Pizzeria unten links. Und Altstadt vor der Tür :)

Location: a little bit far from bus stop and train station : inside an old building which is scary at first, but turns out to be okay Rooms : modern and neat, no english channels though you will be given a set of keys, 1 for gate entrance, 1 for door entrance and lastly, 1 for your room. The doors, especially the MAIN GATE, are difficult to open. We tried for about 30 mins. just to get in at the main gate.

heel goed B&B, in hartje centrum.

Heel prettige ontvangst door aardig en behulpzaam team. Alles ligt op loopafstand. Beter kun je nauwelijks zitten: de Via Tribunali ligt tegenover het B&B.

Almost not a Hotel

I actually wanted to book another hotel, but your Customer Services person advise me it was unavailable. I was offered Dei Decumani and accepted it not knowing anything about it, but trusting Hotels.com. In fact it was not at all suitable. The neighbourhood was intimidating and I chose not to go outside the hotel so I starved myself. Inside there were no hotel facilities other than the room itself. I could go on and on, but I haven't the time.
