Near many premiere golf courses. Enjoy all Naples has to offer in this brand-new 2-story unit that is beautifully decorated and fully furnished. House has 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths. Expansive first floor Master bedroom has a king-size bed; large walk-in closet, and huge ensuite bath. One bedroom upstairs has Queen-size bed and the second has a king-size bed. Additional king-size sofa-bed and convertible ottoman-desk in upper loft area. Fully equipped kitchen, new appliances, and fresh linens. Full-size washer/dryer on main floor. Wireless high-speed internet; Comcast/Xfinity cable TV and a whole house security system. 65-inch Samsung UHDTV in the living. We had a wonderful stay at the townhome in Naples, Florida. The place was very clean and located in a beautiful, quiet area. Communication with the host was excellent throughout. My parents truly enjoyed their time there. Thanks again for a great experience!

Great Stay in SW FL

I enjoyed a couple of winter months in this SW FL townhome. The neighborhood was great and so was the unit. I used the workout room and pool regularly and the location was convenient to many activities.

Everything was fine but having to go upstairs to get the air conditioner to come on was inconvenient. I guess it worked on motion.
