So be aware the rooms are 2 mtrs by 1.5. Large suitcase ? You are going to struggle. Multiple toilets showers, but no soap or towels. Expensive for a hostel but convenient.

They have rules for people to remain quiet in pod areas as well as no phone calls inside pods but people do not follow rules. They only have one person in charge and sometimes that person is nowhere to be found to keep order. I had to complain twice on noise. This is a very convenient place, literally a few minutes walking to Naples Int Airport so I would give a 5 for convenience but they need to improve on noise control.

Great stay for anyone who needs to stay near the airport. 5 minute walk to the airport and small and clean room, basically just a twin bed. Take note that walls are thin and you can hear others talking and there is a rule for silence. I was able to put my headphones in to sleep. I would definitely stay again if I had a late arrival again or need a quick, affordable place to stay.

It's a cheap option when you need an accomodation for just one or two nights. It's next to the airport of Naples. The room is decent for what you pay, sometimes there is some noise from the other cells. I booked in July and I found not many guests. Overall it was ok, I would just recommend more cleaning in the common toilets

Conveniently located close to the airport! Some staff were nice while others were quite unpleasant. They have a no tolerance for noise and ask that you go outside to talk on your Phones ect. People did not follow this and you can hear everything in those rooms, so it was not very restful.

I liked how it’s walking distance to the airport (3 minute walk) The ventilator for the room didn’t work. I didn’t like how you can hear everything. The rooms need noise cancellation.

A nice little individual space for you to rest near the airport. You can hear anything from the neighboring capsules. They also didn't have anything to rent other than a towel and slippers. But it was good enough for me. Not luxury, but a good place to rest

It was great to sleep one night at this place. I arrived late at night, easy to find and the checking was easy. The bedding was very clean. A clean blanket was provided. I’m not sure if they had towels for shower bc I used my own. Some noise but not bothersome. I recommend for one night stay.

So convenient for my early morning flight. There are a handful of private bathroom stalls that have a shower, toilet, and sink. Only complaint is the noise in the pods. Definitely not soundproof. Bring earplugs

In theory, this hotel is brilliant. Individual "pods" big enough to stand in, comfy bed, TV, privacy,. However, quite noisy. The pods aren't soundproof so you hear everything going on in the pod next to you, and outside the pod. The night I stayed they were having problems with the ventilation, so my pod got up to 24.7, not very comfortable considering it's a cramped space. The front desk guy didnt seem to care when I told him. Not even an apology. I'd stay again, with my fingers crossed for ventilation.

It’s extremely convenient, especially for an early morning flight. Comfortable enough, roomy enough, safe, quiet enough. It’s fine and reasonably priced. Their bathroom/shower area smelled like sewage, though it looked clean enough.

The pod itself was fine. The bed was comfortable. The place is subposed to be quiet as people can be sleeping at any time. My neighbor started a loud conversation on speaker phone while i was trying to sleep so i got up to tell the staff and thankfully he stopped the noise. They had a clean area with many private bathroom with showers, no amenities. I needed to shower at 3am and no staff were there (i was told there would be) so no towel! The airport closes for security concerms for about 6 hours until 3:30am. I was super nervous walking to the terminal by myself. I won't return to Napoli.

We arrived at 23:00 hrs on a dark and stormy night in Napoli. Tired and disheveled after a long day of traveling (from Vancouver), we were relieved at the end of the short walk from the terminal to find the lights on and someone there to check us in. Making a reservation (through Expedia, I am now dubious of the Benbo website) was fortunate as they were full, another traveler without one had to go back out into the rain in search of lodging. The front desk attendant was courteous and friendly, much more so than I would have expected at that time of night, and checked us into the adjoining pods we had requested a few days before (I missed getting a double and had to book two singles). There was an inside door between the pods so we weren’t completely separated, which was a relief. The pods were minimalist to say the least and about walk-in closet with a single bed in it size, but comfortableish and clean. After a day of traveling (and more to come) it was a welcome respite without all the extra fluff that drives the price up. The individual bathrooms (with shower) were also minimalist and a bit awkward sized to me, but I am somewhat large, but was fairly clean and got the job done. Probably about average for a hostel. Our breakfast was fresh made cappuccinos and fresh squeezed orange juice and chocolate croissants made by the delightful barman. I didn’t select the breakfast option, but it only came to about €10 for two people. All in all it was a positive experience.
