Located on the third floor of a Neapolitan Palazzo - this already is worth booking there. Old Charme on the outside and sleek boutique hotel design inside. Giuseppe is the good soul of the b&b and does an amazing job keeping the place spotless, making the light breakfast etc. The little balconies to Via Chiaia add to the charm … bring a chair to the window doors, put your legs up, have a coffee or wine and enjoy the buzzing Italian street flair … you’re in the middle of bella Napoli !!!!

Excellent value for money!

Pleasantly surprised on arrival, the accommodation set on the 3 floor of a fabulous enclosed and safe courtyard was extremely spacious. Ceilings must have been about 20ft, absolutely stunning with double doors out onto a balcony. Modern, with great ensuite and luxury memory foam bed and pillows. Very comfortable, relaxing and well equipped with tea, coffee and Prosecco available (the latter at extra cost). There was quite a lot of street noise but to be so central and in a busy street it's to be expected. I didn't have breakfast but it looked very good and great value for money.

A Hidden Gem in the Middle of Naples!!

We had a wonderful experience staying at one of the Skyhouse locations. We booked the Skyhouse Chiaia but were informed the day of our booking that the room was not available and that we could instead stay at a nearby location called the Skyhouse Beverello for the same price but in a better room with panoramic views of Vesuvius, the city and the sea! It was perfect and the owner was very helpful on giving us directions to the parking lot. The hotel was simply stunning, impeccably stylish & very modern, comfortable, cool and had a nice balcony that you could sit out on. The owner helped us get a reservation at a nearby restaurant that had great food and even was there personally to ensure we were attended to! Very kind owners! The best part, however, was the sumptuous breakfast the next day! It was so delicious with an array of fruit, salamis, cheeses, eggs, pastries and delicious coffee that the owner made to order. The only issue was that the owner really doesn't speak a word of English (no big deal - we were in Italy!) but we managed to communicate and get what we needed regardless.

Good choice for Quartieri Spagnoli area

Situation at the rear of a courtyard off a busy shopping street, the location is good for exploring this area of Naples on foot. We only stayed a night but could have stayed longer. If you are arriving by car, the only option seems to be to find some off-street parking and walk a short distance. Good area for restaurants and cafes. Rooms very pleasant and breakfast good.

A Gem in Naples!

Great boutique hotel in the heart of Naples old town on Via Chiaia and near to Via Toledo (the shopping street), lots of restaurants, paticeria's, gelato shops nearby and close to port for ferries to Capri/Amalfi. Pro's: Location is bang on, Really clean, balcony rooms, fantastic breakfast, futuristic ambience. Con's: No english speaking staff but they made every effort to help, no english TV channels

Modern B&B in a great location

This small chain of three B&B looked very nice on the internet & being recently refurbished/new venture everything apart from the shower and fridge was perfect. Communication with the B&B was good before we left for Italy, & helped us with directions, checking in times. It was at that time we learned that from about 1pm there is no one at the B&B. The B&B is only 5 rooms and is located on the 3rd floor. (There is a lift which we didn't spot on arrival) Having got to check in the single member of staffs English was quite poor, to the point Of writing things down for him. The solo employee, checked us in, did breakfast and cleaned the rooms for the whole 7 days we were there. We did report a few issues with the shower (rain fall shower head didn't work at all) & the holder for the shower head didn't hold it up) & fridge (the fridge didn't work at all) after our first day. After we emailed the B&B there we both sorted the next day. Thought the email reply was that it was our fault the fridge was in hot, which was not true as I myself checked the settings. Breakfast was the Italian normal I'd say, having not been before. A mixture of 2 cereals, some oranges & apples (a few bananas, which ran out & were not replaced) yogurts, a range of fresh pastry, toast, jams, cheese, ham, tea & coffee Be sure you know what city tax to pay, Expedia quoted us €1.5 pppn the hotel says €2

Fantastic order and nicely lighted and decorated place over all! We had a nice stay and enjoyed ourselves. Thank's to the helpful and friendly place! Just beware, the entrance changes betseen day and night as the big gates toward the street closes.
