The "A" 60 sqm apartment, on the first floor of our house, consists of a large living room with kitchenette, a bedroom and a bathroom. Ideal for families or a group of friends, it can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people, 3 in the bedroom (a King size double bed and a single bed), and 3 in the living room (a two-seater sofa bed and a folding single bed) . A camping cot is available free of charge on request. In the kitchen: fridge-freezer, microwave, espresso and moka machine, toaster, blender, dishes, pots, cutlery etc. In the bathroom: toilet, bidet, sink, shower cubicle, washing machine, iron, hairdryer, shampoo, soaps and detergents. We supply bed linen and towels, with weekly change. The apartment is equipped with Wi-Fi, air conditioning and independent heating system. For our guests a parking space and a small garden, for exclusive use, with table, chairs and built-in barbecue.
The apartment is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with a separate bedroom. Guests can expect to find a Smart TV with a DVD player. The bathroom offers hair dryers and bidets. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and an ironing board.

Nice place close to Naples

Enjoyed our stay in Ecolano. Renato was there to greet us when we arrived and took more than 30 minutes to show us the place and recommend everything from eating pizza to what to see in the area. The unit was spacious and had everything we needed. We picked this place because we wanted to be in Naples area but not stay in Naples itself. We had a gated area for our vehicle and access to the main highway was only minutes away. Renato was a great host and has a complete binder in three languages with detailed instructions of how to get to places and what to see when you get there. Although not yet perfectly ripe we had a couple of mandarins which grown just outside the yard. Would highly recommend the place

Basic apartment with good access to Pompeii, Naples, Herculaneum, Amalfi coast…

The apartment is basic and definitely aged, but the hosts make up for that in cordiality. We stayed for 4 days as a family of five, tight quarters, but doable, especially since we really only used the place a a base and to sleep and have breakfast. Renato was very attentive in the lead-up to our stay as well as during the check-in process and throughout our visit. Getting to the apartment and parking is a challenge, be prepared for tight turns and some maneuvering, so if you can, get a small-ish car or comprehensive insurance ;-). Great location for all the sights in the area and good directions on how to get there provided in the apartment and by text beforehand. Thanks again, Renato

Good position for Pompeii, Herculaneum etc, and on the slope of Vesuvius in a village with local shops. Good size single bedroom apartment, with a very helpful host. Parking a bit tight, but there is an alternative very near. Train station in Ercolano. We can recommend the Campania Arte card for site admissions, with the public transport option.

Très bonne expérience.

Notre hôte parle très bien français et anglais. Il a pris le temps de bien nous expliquer tous les aspects importants de l'appartement. De plus, il a un document sur place facilitant les déplacements aux alentours et décrivant plusieurs des attraits touristiques dans cette région de l'Italie. Au moment de l'arrivée, quelques aliments sont fournies pour les petits déjeuners. Et la cuisine complète permet de cuisiner facilement. Certains éléments de l'appartement nécessiteraient un petit rafraichissement, mais le tout était très propre. Le stationnement sur place convient mieux au petites voitures, mais un autre stationnement est disponible à proximité pour les plus grosses voitures.

Es una casa con todo lo necesario, esta perfectamente ubicada para ver los alrededores. El propietario es muy simpatico y esta dispuesto a ayudarte en todo lo necesario. Tiene parking, lo cual es muy de agradecer en Napoles, aunque si que es cierto que es estrecho el paso hasta el. No obstante el dueño tiene explicadas perfectamente las maniobras.

Appartement simple et pratique (parfait pour deux adultes et deux enfants). La végétation qui entoure les balcons et le jardin est agréable. Renato a été très gentil et très serviable. Super accueil (+ panier sucré qui assure le petit déjeuner du lendemain, parfait pour les arrivées tardives!). Lieu idéal pour pouvoir visiter la région, Naples, la côte amalfitaine, Salerno, Pompéi, Paestum, Ischia et Herculanum bien-sûr... Nous sommes restés quinze jours et même si le Vésuve était fermé à cause des incendies, nous avons chaque jour découvert de nouvelles choses. Voiture nécessaire. Nous conseillons cette location. Centraal gelegen appartement. Van alle gemakken voorzien

Dit appartement, ligt in een rustige wijk, aan de voet van de Vesuvius, is centraal gelegen tov van de stad Napels en de omgeving. We bezochten Napels, Herculaneum, Pompei, Amalfi, Sorrento en Baia. Fantastisch! De eigenaar is zeer gastvrij en behulpzaam. Hij geeft goede tips voor route vanaf het vliegveld en voor uitstapjes in de omgeving. Ivm met de parkeerplaats bij het appartement geen grote auto huren. Het is manoeuvreren, maar met geduld lukt het zeker. In de tuin is een schaduwrijk zitje aanwezig. Aangenaam in de zomermaanden, maar biedt geen uitzicht op de baai van Napels of gevoel van 'buitenzijn'. In de directe omgeving zijn geen pizzeria's of restaurants. De dichtstbijzijnde eetgelegenheid is met de auto te bereiken (halverwege de helling van de Vesuvius, erg mooi!) Op 2 km afstand is er een prima supermarkt in een shoppingcentrumpje. Een auto op deze locatie is een must.

Renato et Emila sont des hôtes très accueillants, discrets mais très prévenants ( panier gourmands à notre arrivée, pleins de bons conseils....) L'appartement est situé dans un quartier calme dans un écrin de verdure. Idéalement situé pour découvrir la region de Naples. Nous avons pu en une semaine découvrir Naples ( 30 min de voiture), Pompéi, Herculanum, le Vesuse, la côte amalfitaine .... Nous vous cnseillons cette adresse

Very nice and friendly place

We stayed in the appartment with our 2 kids (7 and 9), my wife and myself. The appartment is clean and in an overall good condition. Its localed very good to do excursions to Vesuvio and the excavations. When you come with your own car, make sure ist not a big one otherwise parking at the appartment is a challenge. The owner was very friendly and helpful with anything we needed. We enjoyed our stay very much.
