Nel complesso siamo stati bene, inizialmente avevamo prenotato un'appartamento con angolo cottura, poi ci hanno fatto scegliere e allo stesso prezzo ci hanno proposto due camere contigue, che ci hanno consigliate come più adatte per noi. col senno di poi avrei preferito l'altra sistemazione, ma mea culpa, ho scelto io, pensando di preferire le camere ampie. in effetti la camera principale era ampia e molto bella, con pareti e soffitti particolari, molte opere di design, e affaccio stupendo su via dei tribunali angolo via dei presepi: pieno centro storico, posizione eccezionale per visitare Napoli. su questo due contro: in centro la macchina non può entrare, quindi bagagli a piedi. e poi molto rumoroso, anche di notte. Le camere molto ben decorate, con molti libri e anche dei giochi per i bambini. belle ma essenziali, con poca cura del particolare e pulizia al limite. questi contro giustificano il prezzo non altissimo.

Arrivé au terminus de train de Naples, on s'apercoit qu'il y a beaucoup de déchets dans les rue, faire attention au "pick pocket" pas rassurant de marcher tard le soir. Très bon accueil malgré le changement de chambre après une nuit pour un séjour total de 6 nuits. Litterie odeur de lessive non séché parfaitement. Rideau de douche sale. Voisinage très bruyant durant la nuit. Mais beaucoup à visiter. Note global de 4/5

contrary to what I have expected

The description of this B&B on hotels.com is very different from what it really is.The free toiletries is only a small piece of soap. The handle of the hair dryer was too sticky to hold. The door of the room could not be locked. The window has no curtain.The light from the kitchen could go in through the big glass in the door.There is no place but floor for the soap or shampoo in the bathroom. No air conditioning, we tried to open the window but the bad smell like from the range hood came inside (even at midnight, very strange).you can feel the springs on the bed. Also,the address is not what it posted on hotels.com. It was about 10-15 minutes walk from the metro station, if you are walking with luggage,it would be very difficult because of the stone road. I booked a triple room, but was given a small double room. The hostess asked if we wanted to pay 50 euroes more to book another room.We refused. Then the owners said that we could stay in the other double room for free, but later asked us to pay 10 euroes more. Besides, she charged us 9 euroes of city taxes for one night. And because we were leaving early the next morning, she asked us to pay right away. When we came back that night I looked at my confirmation letter again. I did booked a triple room of 40 square meters and the city tax was one euro each person. I emailed the hostess to argue about that. She replied in the 9 euro-city taxes, 6 euroes of it were for "the caution of the keys".We didn't get the refund.

Fantastic place to stay in Naples!!!

I highly recommend this B&B which is in the heart of Naples' historic centre close to very good typical Napoletan restaurants and a throw away from cute little bars and cafés. The building dates back from the 13th century and the appartment retains its historic features while providing modern comfort. It is decorated with beautiful ceramic art done by Alessandra herself, which adds a special touch to the place. Alessandra and her partner are enchanting hosts and very interesting people who take the time to get to know their guests (which is rare nowadays!!). Their breakfast is great and very diverse (every morning we had something different) - you will not be hungry afterwards, that's for sure and you will taste REAL italian coffee. If you want a cosy B&B right in the middle of the centre, it is THE PLACE to stay!
