Loved the location, the room was oversized and very pleasant, the staff were very attentive and friendly. The ony concerns are with the bathroom floor, once it gt wet, it was very slick, i would even call it dangerous. Use lots of towels to wipe up the floor.

The staff was great and very helpful. They were very attentive to details and offered great suggestions to wineries as well as places of interest.

Great location. Always greated well by staff. Lots of information about local area.

It was a great hotel. I slept well. The check in staff was so sweet and kind. I liked them very much. The rooms were comfortable. It was a great place to rest after my adventures in the day. Napa was so beautiful!!

The hotel is located between downtown Napa and the Wineries up 29. Plenty of places around for food and drink. There's a walking/bike path across the street that is very nice. You can rent a bike and head to the wineries. The hotel was nice the only thing I felt was missing was a balcony so we can end the day with a glass of wine. Rooms were clean staff was great.

This hotel was the right place to rest after an afternoon of walking and wine tasting. The location is just off the highway, plenty of parking, and great breakfast. Very nice room, great staff.

Overall, we had a pleasant stay at the Hilton Garden Inn Napa. The lobby is lovely when you enter, complete with a full bar and restaurant. Big glass windows welcome you in, and the staff is incredibly pleasant. The hotel is clean and well maintained. Plenty of parking as well. Plus, it's close to downtown Napa and the highway. The only two issues we had were 1) The wifi is incredibly poor. It took my phone multiple tries to connect, and when it did, it was very slow. My wife's phone simply never connected. 2) Our room was right next to the "Mechanical Room," which created a low pulsing sound off and on throughout the day and night. It wasn't the worst, but if you're a light sleeper, this room wouldn't be for you.

I recently stayed at this hotel with a group of 16 people for my bachelorette party and the ease and friendliness of everyone on staff here truly made it a wonderful stay. The breakfasts were good and the complimentary wine tasting was very nice as well. Thank you!

The hotel was easy to access and close to wineries. The staff was knowledgeable about the wineries. The night time bartender Steve was very helpful and friendly. He made our stay even better. The only complaint we have is there was a truck parked by the entrance making it hard to see the oncoming traffic.

We had a very nice stay at the Garden Inn. All the staff were very friendly and professional. The room was well appointed, clean and comfortable. We also had a nice quiet glass of wine before ending our visit to Napa. Highly recommend !!

We stayed here to attend a New Year's Eve in St. Helena and do some wine tasting, without spending a lot of money. This was a central location, but we needed a car to get around. Not sure how much a cab would be. The rooms were spacious, friendly staff, large room, great internet service, and the lobby had free coffee and drinks, plus snacks in the afternoon.

Nice comfortable mid-class establishment. Very accommodating. And such a great part of our country.

We were at a Christmas Party at the resort hotel next door. I am so glad we stayed here instead. The Hotel was very nice and the room was lovely. Slept great. Slept in even, an we never do that.

This hotel was nice and the front desk staff was great. They let us check in five hours early and sent us a complimentary bottle of wine. It is a great alternative to the pricier hotels in Napa and I would recommend it to anyone!

Spacious rooms with modern amenities. Close to downtown Napa. Would stay again.

Have been to this hotel for business and now pleasure. Great staff, very clean rooms and good location to a variety of wineries north and south.

Overall the hotel is okay. It can use a little updating as it looks like it was last updated in the 90's. The location is roughly 4 miles from the downtown wineries so a little bit of a drive or taxi ride.
