Patrick is a great very accommodating host. We had a pack and play for the baby waiting for us inside when we arrived. Being right on the beach and enjoying the views was amazing . Definitely worth staying for the location! However , don’t expect much from the house. Poorly ventilated inside had this old moldy smell especially downstairs where the bedrooms are. Seeing the plains landing and taking off was also really fun. You could barely hear it so the sound didn’t bother at all. Location! Location!
