Breakfast was delicious, however the floor manager was not very child friendly. In our room we found some pieces of paper underneath the bed so not fully thorough job on cleaning.

Perfect stay at the Inn - the facilities, room and the outdoor pool were excellent! Also a 10 minute Uber ride to downtown. We will stay here again!

staff were very accommodating. shuttle services were great

We checked in late at night, never even turned lights on, in the morning we noticed that 2 of the pillows and the bed had FRESH blood stains on them. The staff at the front desk were very rude and disrespectful they implied that the blood had come from us which neither one of us had any type of cut whatsoever on us it was a horrible stay paid $500 a night. To sleep on blood stains I was absolutely horrified. I have been a business owner myself for over 20 years and never ever would I treat a customer the way they treated me!

FOR THE PRICE GOOD, BREAKFAST WAS EXCELLENT AND ROOM OK, LITTLE FAR FROM THE OFFICE. ADEQUATE !!!, NO RAVES.

Includes excellent complementary buffet. Clean comfortable rooms and friendly hospitable staff. Very convenient to the airport with ample parking. Would absolutely return.

For almost $500 a night, I was refused water. (Think about that for a second.) No bottled water in the room, no water in the lobby, no water after I politely asked for it at the front desk. Evidently there’s a vending machine on site. So bring your quarters or whatever change is leftover after you give them FIVE one hundred dollar bills. Substandard. Especially for a nice enough hotel by the airport that’s still a $20 uber from town if you miss hourly shuttles Oh and there are two pools but not for morning people. They feel like opening them at 9am and 10am respectively. They’re spoiled by the high season: they’re booked anyway so why go the extra mile for guests? The only one who did was Jody, the well-informed, shuttle driver who picked me up from the ferry and gave me a quick tour through town. Next time I’m staying in town at the Nantucket Hotel!

Near airport, not town but they shuttle frequently.

This is was a great value with great amenities at a normally very pricy destination. Rooms were comfortable, up to date and always very clean. Staff could not have been nicer, always offering exceptional service. Ran shuttle services to downtown, beach and ferry every hour during day and half hour during evening. Large breakfast included. Indoor and outdoor pool, as well as two tennis courts.

Very conveniently located to airport and beaches, parking is not an issue. Has a delicious American buffet breakfast included yummy pancakes and waffles. In case it rains thunderstorms there is billiards and a nice indoor swimming pool. Staff is overly friendly. Has a resort feel although comforatably priced. Well done!

Thank you. We appreciate your comments. We take safety seriously and we felt that the child in question was putting himself in danger around the buffet and cooking areas. I hope you understand our concern. Thank you again.

The Nantucket Inn and the Nantucket Hotel are two very different types of accommodation. And the rates of each are reflective of that. We think it is very important for our guests to carefully do their research - especially when booking though a third party agent - to make sure they book the correct accommodation and avoid any disappointment. Thank you for your comments.
