A wonderful boutique bed and breakfast!

Loved our stay here in September! So convenient walking distance from the ferry and to restaurants and the whaling museum. Breakfasts were wonderful and the bed so comfortable and the area quiet for sleeping after our busy days. Would definitely recommend 7 Sea Street Inn!!

Good location and the staff and the owner Matt were pleasant. The room could use a bit of maintenance. Bathroom door would not close-sticking along bottom. Shower was nice, and room was clean Bed was way too high. Needed a step ladder, but none provided. Had to give my wife a boost to get up. Breakfast was very good. A couple of tweeks and would bring rating up to 5 stars

Nice location and spacious. Was more of a BNB than a hotel. We had the large room on the third floor. No elevator, so had to carry bags all the way up, so keep that in mind. Place was great, friendly staff, room in good shape. The AC in the room was a bit loud, so woke me up a few times at night, but they did provide earplugs if needed.

Absolutely loved our stay. Brought my mother to Nantucket with me. We both had a great stay. Matt and his staff are amazing and kind. The breakfasts were world class. The rooms are wonderful. There is an adorable sitting area outside where we spent hours just talking. 5 Stars. Highest recommendation. Thank you!
