Amazing customer service. We arrived early to the hotel and they allowed us to leave our luggages with them until our check in. When we came there, they informed us that our bags/luggage’s are in our room! The room was spotless, and the staff were all helpful! Definitely recommend for all travellers!

My wife, little boy, and I stayed at this hotel for one night as we were visiting Nagoya for the Ghibli Museum. We loved our stay. The hotel staff was super friendly. The facility itself was very well maintained and very clean. If we are ever back in Nagoya, we would return.

We spent 4 nights as couple. We did not order breakfast. There are a lot of breakfast choices in the neighborhood. Room is average size. Like that towels and Kleenex are thicker and better quality than other hotels that we stayed at. Walking distance to Nagoya Station. Staffs are nice. We would stay here again if we ever visit Nagoya in future.
