Hilton Nagoya4.5 out of 5.0

One criteria I always look when surfing for a hotel to stay in a foreign country is cleanliness, as well as a reasonable size of the room for 2-3 guests. I did not want a repeat of a mistake of our travel agency booking a small room in a hotel in Shodome in 2016: my husband, my 11 year old grandson and me were lumped in one small bed ( with our feet hanging while sleeping sidewise). We were flabbergasted to find the 2 rooms very different from what we saw and booked on line. Our stays in 2 Hilton Hotels in ( in Tokyo and in Nagoya) have been pleasant experience. Like in Tokyo, the Hilton Hotel rooms were what we booked on line: clean and enough space for us. They had complete amenities of a 4 star hotel. The hotel employees are polite and courteous and granted our request to have a good city view from our rooms.
Very comfortable hotel. I'll stay here again. All hotel staff and restaurant petsonnels were friendly and kind. The room was upgraded due to my allergy condition. The room and bed were as comfortable as I renembered from my past Hilton stays.
This is a great hotel in a good location. The staff is really helpful. The breakfast was great and I really enjoyed the executive lounge. The staff also was able to hold my luggage for the week so I can return it over the weekend. The rooms were a good size compared to the rest of hotels in Japan
awesome facility and wonderful, friendly and professional staff. would recommend to anyone. location was great to use the public transportation. room was perfect and had all the amenities for an out of country guest
The is probably the best hotel we stayed in Japan so far. From the moment we walked in, we were welcome by all the staff with a warm smile. We stayed in the Executive Premier Room on the top floors, the view was amazing. The room was super clean, just like everything was brand new, the tub was super comfy, water flow was good, the beds was also super comfy, I slept through the whole night without wakening up, which is very unusual for me. There is convenient stores just round the corner and opposite the road too. The location was ok, as it’s in the middle of Nagoya Station and Sakae. Basically we will take a slow walk to both location, as to see the city too, which takes about 10-15mins. And take a taxi back at the end of the day, after all shopping and dining, which cost around 1000 yen. Which is very reasonable. The hotel do offer a free shuttle bus, but unfortunately it’s only a small bus, I think they need to improve this. As we waited, but ended up being full, but it was only like a 7-10 seater. But it wasn’t a very big problem. We had a wonderful stay. Thanks to all Hilton staff. We will definitely stay here again on our next Nagoya trip.
I enjoyed my stay at the hotel. Staff was friendly as usual. I would like to see the lounge hours extended past 8:30 and I would like to see the hot tub replaced with a warmer hot tub that has better air jets.
The staff and accommodations are top tier!! I highly recommend this hotel for all travelers to Nagoya. The Nagoya Hilton staff is exceptional and they all go out of their way to make sure you have everything you need to make your stay as comfortable as possible.
Upon entering hotel entrance, warm welcome by the staff at the lobby, fast check in and great additional service of introducing the city subway map on how to get around the place by staff Ms Azuma, great help from her! :) Upon entering room, temperature of the room is acceptable, not too cold and not too warm, overall decor of room is beautiful, cleanliness are top notch. Windows have a very interesting traditional Japanese style look which shows bits and pieces of the culture. Highly recommend the stay!
Great stay! Spacious room. Walking distance to shopping district and subway. Airport limousine bus stop right in front of the hotel. Very convinient especially when you travel with young child. Love it!
Great hotel. Upscale, modern and comfortable. Service is very good. Must say I enjoyed staying there, and would go back if I had proximate business. Otherwise the location wasn't very convenient to access other parts of the City or train station or airport. Great hotel.
