Travelled to Nagoya on Business. excellent hotel, great staff, great location in the centre of the city. Only downfall is staying on the 26th floor with the executive lounge made it very loud in hallway during opening in morning and closing in the evening
First time to Nagoya and stayed at the Hilton due to trade show. Glad we did. Centrally located with plenty of dining and shopping options. Only 10 min from Nagoya Castle for some site seeing. Rooms are light and comfortable. Beds are great. The bathrooms are a little small which would be an issue if multiple people are staying in room. The staff are very helpful and friendly. The main restaurant has a very large breakfast buffet. Many different options. Families with younger kids will love that feature. The fitness center is great. Large enough for 20+ people to be working out at the same time. Pool and tennis court also available. The executive lounge can get quite packed at 6pm for the beverage hour. A bit crazy and seating is limited.
The helpful staff at the Hilton Nagoya make this hotel one of the best worldwide. Great location, good food choices, great fitness facility, but it is the staff that makes the Nagoya Hilton my favorite.
I’ve stayed at this hotel many times. The staff is always courteous, helpful and go the extra mile. They make you feel at home. The location is in Fushimi and within walking distance of shopping, dinning, bars and subway. I highly recommend it.
I'm very satisfied with the quality of the employees they have at this location, the really go above and beyond what is needed. The employees made this stay enjoyable. It spoiled me, I recently stayed at the Hilton in Seattle, and wasn't as happy with the service.
Reserved two rooms for our friends of 3 adults. The room and the hotel facilities are clean and new, both room got upgraded to deluxe floor as a gold status member, and we were assigned to connecting room, we very appreciate that arrangement!! This hotel excels being hospitable from their front desk, concierge, guest service and housekeeping, staff who are all very helpful and friendly. Definitely would come and book again in this hotel in the future. Especially thanks to 小塩 & 神戶 from front desk, and Kurumi Kato from reservations, they are really helpful and nice!
This hotel is fairly central in town. Coffee houses, supermarkets, restaurants borders directly at the hotel. The hotel is clean, the rooms are the quietest I have ever experienced. not even the air conditioning can be heard. The amenities are good quality. all staff are always helpful, friendly and welcoming. the food is prepared to perfection and the quality of the food is high. the internet is stable and fast and the gym offers a wide range of all necessary equipment. This hotel is an absolute recommendation.
This is one of the best Hilton hotels I have ever stayed! The staff are very friendly and courteous towards guests. When my room was not ready for check in at around 12 noon, I was brought up to the Executive Lounge to rest and wait for the room to be ready. The executive room was very quiet and has an awesome view of Nagoya. Hilton Nagoya is around 10 mins drive away from Nagoya Station. If you are having many baggages, I highly recommend you to take a cab as the subway exit to the hotel does not have a lift or an escalator. As a Hilton Gold member, I was upgraded to the Premium Executive Room. That was already a kudos as I do not need to ask for an upgrade during check in. The front desk staff was friendly and asked about my holiday trip. Additionally, the room was very clean and neat. The hotel amenities were high quality as compared to other Hilton properties. The mineral water was the LOHAS brand, which surprised me as they used the branded mineral water. There is a omotenashi in every aspects of the hotel, which can say this is one of the best Hilton I have ever stayed. Loved it and will definitely come back and stay again!
The team at Hilton Nagoya made me really feel that I was being taken care of down to the details throughout my stay. They not only made sure that I had everything that I needed everything that I needed but also predicted my needs and took actions to provide appropriate assistance. I stayed in one of the Queen Guestrooms, and I absolutely like the room! There is so much space and places to store clothes and other items. I also liked the subtle and soothing fragrance, as well as flooring (wooden floor partially carpeted), many outlets for charging my devices and shower heads. I am one of the persons who regularly use fitness rooms whenever I stay at a hotel, and the fitness room at Hilton Nagoya is one of the best I have seen, with many machines (including smith machine, and 3-4 types of cardio vascular machines), two sets of dumbells, barbel, swiss balls and medicine ball! The location is fantastic, just a few minutes of walk from the closest subway station, adn many places for sightseeing are actually within walking distance.
Spacious twin rooms, tidy and clean. Personally I don't like this -- there is no shower curtain along the bathtub, so the floor will easily get wet when showering. A little bit far away from the city centre, Nagoya Station. But there is a complex nearby, which houses a food court and a supermarket. And of course there are convenient shops.
