The room for family of four is spacious than I thought and family can use the onsen in the hotel for at least 30 minutes.

We enjoyed our stay here. This was the 2nd time back at Red Door Lodge for me, and as always Nicola, Alex and James make you feel right at home. From picking us up from the station, answering questions about the best way to get to the lodge (from the airport), getting us a great deal on snowboard gear hire, to food and onsen recommendations. Room was warm and cosy (of course, it's Japan!) with a private bathroom, all very clean, and beds were comfortable. Breakfast daily is warming and delicious, highly recommend the cheesy omelette. They also help with booking lessons, and local restaurant hotspots

The staff/owners were so nice and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable! Would definitely stay there again. We even left a tablet there and they are mailing it back to us. Very trustworthy people!

イベント参加のため、素泊まりしました。お風呂、トイレは無しの部屋でしたが、廊下を出てすぐのところにあったので、不便は無かったです。お風呂は来る前に温泉に入ってきたので、入りませんでした。宿のかたが翌日の行き先について道順とか、とても親切に詳しく教えてくださりありがたかったです。
