Room was hot but I figured out how to get it cooler. Loved the dining options, especially Sugar Factory. Pool was a bit crowded for the children's time and very empty for the adult time - perhaps during school vacations you could adjust those hours? Also, at the spa there did not seem to be any hair stylists even working, that was a disappointment. Bowling alley experience was great. Overall a nice getaway!

When I first checked in to my 1st room on a smoking floor , it was blood on the wall. Disgusting and unsanitary to say the least. The pool and spa area was nice and clean best part of the stay. The second room was clean but the bed is very hard and the furniture had a lot of scratches and dings so it looks pretty worn down.

Went for a rock show and really enjoyed the theater; room was clean and quiet. Dining selections were mostly clustered around mall food court types; went to Morimoto’s, which was reasonable for price and quality. Overall, felt like I was in a shopping mall that had several Casinos connected to it.
