The condition of the room was deplorable. Peeling wallpaper, exposed outlet, dirty jacuzzi, no lights in bathroom, freezing floors, limited tv channels with poor reception. Huge pothole when entering parking lot. Complaint to lobby only replied, "Yea, we're having some problems now". Never book here.

Filthy. No follow up maid service. A fight occurred outside our room. The manager asked us the next day why we did not get him. Stated he was in his office until 3:30 a.m. Didn't understand that we did not want to become part of the fight by going outside and it was difficult for us to believe that he could not hear it since his office is just on the other side of the room. There were mouse droppings and a cigarette butt on the ledge along with the smell of smoke, dirty floors, no bed spread.

I have been to many hotels but this one is by far the worst ever! I entered the Inn with only a minute of standing in line to find multiple people complaining about no toilet paper, no soap, something wrong with the shower, and key issues. I ignored the complaints and walked into my smoke free room which was clearly not smoke free. The room smelled worse than a casino! I went out to Foxwoods and came back only to find out that my key to my room would not work. Once we were reissued a new card for the room, we went to bed and were woken up at 3am by a loud pounding at the door. After much pounding, a person used their key and walked in. Frightened by the break in, the person finally left once they noticed my sister and i were in the room. THIS IS A SECURITY ISSUE!!! The front desk was extremely rude about the issue!!! They were not understanding and refused to provide a refund and proclaimed it was not their problem it was just a drunk man who apparently had a key to my room. AGAIN, SECURITY ISSUE!!!! I am telling you, please do NOT stay in this hotel! It may seem affordable but CERTAINLY not worth the rude staff and unsafe environment.

The place could be a lot better if the ownership put in some effort to upkeep the grounds. One gets the feeling that the place is just being used as a cash cow by a 'slum landlord'. The place is situated in a nice environment that, with a little a effort, could be transformed into a wonderful getaway. It is over-priced. The deluxe rooms are small in square footage with a tiny-bit closet. Carpet needs to be changed. However, the luxury room (we transferred a dat later) is really nice but still overpriced.

It's little huts that that they have hotel rooms in. The "whirlpool" is a tub whose jets make the water overflow on the floor. Theres a super tiny shower that had horrible temperature and pressure control.

We ended up going during a blizzard. They are very strict about their refund policy as we did try to cancel the day of the blizzard but we were told no refund would be issued so we did travel to Connecticut to stay at the hotel. The room was hard to find as they are circular buildings and once we did find it the snow had not been removed from the front of the door so upon opening the door the snow went inside. other than that, the room was clean and a good price for the area and a saturday night.

Went to a concert at Foxwoods and booked this hotel to stay at with my friend. The free limo service to and from the casino until 3am was great, especially if you're planning on having a few drinks like we were. It was an actual limo that could seat around 6-8ppl. We had requested a room with 2 queen beds but got a room with 1 king but that didn't really matter as the bed was plenty big enough for both of us. Breakfast the next day consisted of waffles, bagels, english muffins, cereal, juice, milk, and coffee. Seeing how we booked the hotel for $79 including taxes and split the cost it was PERFECT and much cheaper than other local hotels!

We stayed at the Cedar Park Inn for two nights after Thanksgiving. The location is good since we were interested in visiting the Connecticut casinos. Otherwise, the hotel is not recommended. Our first night we were greeted by a small room that was all ceramic tile which is cold this time of year, had no closet or armoire, a mattress that was hard as a rock, a heater that ran so loud that we turned it off to get some quiet, pillows as thin as a sheaf of paper and finally a persistent drip outside the wall of our headboard that we could not ignore to fall asleep. Finally after midnight I went to the check-in desk and asked to be moved due to the above issues, especially the dripping. Our second room was even smaller than the first with no clothes closet, another hard mattress with thin pillows and no bath towels. The heater would not blow hot air. However, this time there was no drip and included carpet so the room was marginally better. I went to the check-in desk in the AM to ask for towels and for maintenance to fix the heater. If we had not paid in advance we would have left the first night and gone elesewhere. It turned out that the mattress was the high-density foam type and it became more comfortable as we slept on it and the heater wasfixed when we returned for the second night. My biggest disappointment is that I stayed at the Cedar Park Inn some years ago and had a good experience but I think the hotel has been run-down since. The check-in people were accomodating so at least they tried to make the rooms "right" but without much success.

There were iron marks on the floor and the toilet didn't work. The tub is way too small to be considered a whirlpool. The design of the place was interesting and I did like the little barbeque and food that was served outside. I've definitley had better experiences.

This is an average hotel. No room service. Nothing exceptional but you get what you pay for.

I have stayed in this place before, so I knew what to expect, but there was no internet service, which was a fair part of why I stayed there, there was no hot water when I went to take a shower, there was one thin towel only with nothing to put on the bathroom floor, there was little to no heat, there was one thin blanket, and the advertised limo service was a box truck. Other than that it was great, right?

it was worse horrible experience ,bad customer service ,bathroom not clean ,i would never advice anybody to go there.it was expensive too.

Let me start by saying that this was my very first time at this establishment. My partner and I recently stayed at the Cedar Park" Whirlpool" Inn and had an extremely dissatisfying experience. We decided to book our stay at this location because we were going to the Food and Wine Festival in Foxwoods. As all the resorts close to the casinos were all booked up, this one happen to have several openings..(this should have been our first clue )! The website did look promising. It offered a 1 or 2 person whirlpool tub in each room and a manager's reception - a "happy hour" free beer, entertainment, apps. and free limo service to the casinos. As we arrived the outside looked cute and we were excited about the stay. We were warmly greeted at reception and directed to our room. That's when we realized what a mistake it was to book at this location. We were given a bottom floor room which was obviously a "basement" like room. It was dark, cold and smelled like mildew completely uninviting. Once the lights were turned up we noticed it was equipped with our very own fly swatter, de-humidifier and for a bonus an old exercise bike. To make matters worse the room we booked online was supposed to have a "whirlpool" tub in it, this room didn't even have a tub just a stand up shower, as we walked out to complain we noticed a large dirt mark on the sham of the bed. We quickly asked for another room. The girl at the reception desk did apologize and gave us another room. We were hoping that the new room would turn our sour moods around and unfortunately for us we were sadly mistaken. The second room may have been a slight step up (being on the second floor) but certainly did not meet our standards for a pleasant evening. Again the room was cold and dark. We brushed it off and turned up the heat. We decided to take inventory of the room. The pillows were thin and raggedy, the top sheets had big yellow stains on them, the love seat was worn and ripped and the curtains were stained and ripped. Again we were supposed to get a "whirlpool" tub this room had an ordinary tub with several jets! BIG DEAL I HAVE THAT AT HOME!!! At this point we just wanted to shower and start our evening out. A shower was out of the question, No Water Pressure what so ever this included the water pressure for the toilet. We decided to skip the "free" limo service ( $5 dollar gratuity was expected per person) and headed out for the night. On our way to the casino we searched for other hotel rooms in the area and came up with no other options. We had no choice but to go back to our "suite" at the end of our evening, only to be woken up at 2 am to drunken screaming party goers which lasted till 5 am. I would not recommend anyone to stay at this establishment if you are looking to "treat" yourselves out for a nice weekend. On the other hand if you are looking to party hard and pass out it seems this would be the place for you!

I would & have recommended this hotel. Fits us much better than the casino hotels. You feel like you're coming "home." Friendly & accommodating staff! The evening beer/wine/reception had snacks more like dinner than "snacks." Fantastic value! The back yard is a pasture lined with an old stone wall & fire places with grills. Just a really nice place with really nice staff!

Very noisy in the morning. Pretty far from casino.

Small octagonal units set among cedar trees gives a cozy, close-to-nature feeling. Feels more like a resort than a motel. Get a second floor room to avoid the noise from the jacuzzi suites.

the hotel itself was relatively nice and clean but there was very little movie selection that just kept on repeating the same 3 movies over and over and over...... and thats not very good if u end up getting sick like my wife did and had to stay in the room most of the time.

I would def go back to this hotel another time! I'm already planning another another trip back! The staff was really nice and the great plus was the free limo ride to Foxwoods! The free beer and apps by the fire was a nice way to start the night while we waited for our limo! The beds were so comfortable! The only one downside was the room was a little small. I can't wait to go back!

We went to Foxwoods the whole family, there were a total of nine people.Everyone thought the hotel was great. The beds were very comfortable. The rooms were clean and large. There was a limo to take anyone to Foxwoods.Saturday 5-7pm they have complamentry drinks and appertizers. Also the continental breakf- ast had everything from make fresh made waffles to baggels to fruit ,coffe and juice.

I stayed at this hotel with 3 friends during our Wine Trail excursion! We were also able to go to Foxwoods Casino utilizing the hotel's complimentary limo service. And the happy hour...free beer, wine and apps was amazing. And the continental breakfast...again, very impressed. Make your own waffles?!?! The rooms were very clean and the tempurpedic beds were a bonus! It was all just really fantastic, I will definitely return.
