Loved the small town feel. Close to stores. Could have been alot cleaner
There was a small kitchen in the room, which was so useful
I was honestly so surprised and happy about the little kitchenette in the room! The room was pretty clean and even tho it was just a quick over nite stay I was very pleased and happy with my choice!
Dingy, dark and smelly! Curry smell everywhere in hotel!!!!!! Kitchen was a joke - but fridge was cold☺️ The absolute worst stay ever, and $172 per night was $171 too much. Stay away from this place. Homeless shelter is better and save your $172!!!!!
Probably the best “value” hotel we have ever stayed in. Clean, safe area, very friendly and accommodating staff. If you are looking for a ‘no frills’ hotel that you will absolutely enjoy, look no further. The most amazing part was I didn’t wake up with a broken back from the bed! Extremely comfortable room with all of the basics. Highly recommend and will definitely return! 5 stars!!
The property is in a good location- near restaurants and shopping. While spacious, the rooms are very dated. The floors are uneven and the hotel is need of some repairs and renovations. The hotel posts that it is non-smoking but people smoke and it permeates the entire hotel. This issue needs to be enforced or do not falsely post that it is non-smoking
I was ok for that price but there was no hair dryer, no hair conditioner. Heater was not cleaned and was dusty. Part of bath tub was duck taped....
The hotel is rundown and creaky, old and in need of ripping down and rebuilding. You can hear everything above you and in the hallways. The beds are so old I think they were slept in a 100 years ago. Do not stay in the hotel!
Kind of old and weary. Staff was fine, but there wasn't really much to do. I checked in, slept, got up and left. It was all clean, and maybe, as another reviewer mentioned, had a vague, old odor. Not unpleasant, just there.
Cheap clean and comfortable. Great location right off 95. Will stay again.
The room was very clean however it's a very old hotel and room was furnished with old furniture. Location was much further from Mohegan Sun so we had to drive to it instead of taking a cab as we had originally planned.
We wanted to see a show at Mohegan, but didn't want to spend big bucks. The room was ok for what we needed.
the lady at the front desk was very nice. we got there early so i asked when the room would be ready, she said they were just finishing up cleaning it the only thing was they had not put towel in the room yet, but they would drop them off soon. we were staying there since it was close to mohegun sun and we were going to see a show i asked if she could give us the number for cab. she gave us three and told us witch one was cheap. the room and hotel was very clean. the room also had a kitchen witch for the $75 we paid was unexpected. we had no need for it but something you dont see much any more the only thing i would say needs work is the tv remote didnt work. if i go back to the area i would stay again.
