The first 30 minutes at the property I killed 10 roaches! I when to the store to buy roach spray and the property manager gave me 4 roach traps! They did not help! There are roaches in every room! Three nights I woke up with roaches on my face and on my husband’s arm! We kill approximately 50 or more roaches in 5 days! The dishwasher had mole and smell awful! The furniture in the livingroom is dirty, we did no sit on them! The furniture on the front porch was also filthy! The refrigerator is dirty! I sent the property manager an email regarding this and have not received a courtesy response! We checked out a day early and she did not seem to care! This property is a total dump! DO NOT STAY THERE! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PROPERTY AT ALL! PS: I HAVE PICTURES OF EVERYTHING I PUT IN THIS REVIEW!

Won’t choose this company again.

There was an additional charge for a pool voucher at a gym that was located next to their main office. But it was 10 miles away. I purchased it on a Sunday having 3 nights there but the worker nee that the gym was already closed at the time of my purchase and was charging me for 3 nights anyway. I didn’t find out until driving out there and the gym was closed. I called the next day to request a refund for the voucher and was told it had to be cleared from management and a return phone call would be coming. Never received it. Remotes were chewed on from previous visitors with dogs. The bed was on the floor not on a frame. No instructions on using the multiple remotes for the TV so no access to it while there.
