The house is lovely, but needed a few things repaired and was missing some basics that most rentals have. Our biggest complaint was the inaccurate information. The pictures show beach chairs, but I emailed to confirm. I was first told there aren’t any, then when i responded there were some in the pic, they checked again and said there are. When we arrived, there weren’t beach chairs, but I was told I’d get a call and it would be resolved. Had I been told ahead of time, we would have brought in our car. The response I got was “ sorry for the confusion”. There was no confusion, I was given wrong information. They should have offered to pay for the rental of chairs for the 5 days or dropped some off as they did with the beach towels that were also not there. There were beach chairs locked up in the shed, but we were told those were the owners. Bathtub drain stopper inoperable Several kitchen chairs screws need tightening- chairs were rocky No alarm on the sliding door as described by sign on wall. Found an alarm contact on top of fridge. Range burners are very slow to heat up. Hot water temp needs to be turned up. The shower doesn’t get hot with the knob turned all the way. Kitchen needs many items typically found in vacation rentals. Far more regular silverware and utensils. Service for six is insufficient, especially in a house that sleeps 8. Beach chairs, Beach umbrellas, wagon, - hooks on bathroom door - consistent information
