We loved this property for our family vacation this year. Area and property was quiet, clean, and very well kept. Villa was cozy and equipped for most of our everyday needs. Of course we had to buy certain things but it was okay seeing that we were there for about 6 days. The only thing I was not pleased with was the cleaning when I first walked in. Counters felt sticky, dining room table wasn’t wiped, and floors in the kitchen wasn’t swept. Other than that the villa was amazing along with the views from our balconies. I will definitely be booking this property again in the future when visiting Myrtle Beach!

Great Location. Lack of Cleanliness and Middle of the Night Noise Were Annoying.

Nice unit with great view of Intercoastal Waterway. Kitchen and bathroom counters were filthy. Stove top was loaded with grease. Paper thin walls between units made sleep very difficult at night. Partying and arguments by folks in other units was ridiculous. This occurred during 5 of the 7 night during our stay and ramped up between 1:30 am - 4:00 am. Made for a very exhausting vacation.

Nice place!

Nice place, clean, great location, but for a VRBO I was surprised the house literally had nothing. No dish soap, no cleaning supply’s, no salt no pepper none of the basics. We flew in from NY and didn’t think we needed to bring beach towels. We thought since it was a beach town, beach towels would have been provided but they weren’t so we had to buy them and then couldn’t get them home since we were flying. If you book just plan accordingly to bring everything. Defiantly a nice place though.

Yacht Club Vacation

The property description was a little misleading. We had a lake view which was beautiful, but the other window views were only of cement walls, which was disappointing. Wifi was poor for the bedrooms further away from the main living area. I called twice on this, but service did not improve. Carpet should be cleaned before the next visitors. Outside of this, the family enjoyed their stay.
