Great Condo with Great Views

The condo is amazing with an ocean view from every bedroom. The host Pam, was great with communication and was available via phone or messaging before and during our stay. Definitely put this condo on places to stay. Definitely won’t be disappointed. Thanks again Pam!!

Good for Quick Weekend

My family of 6 adults stayed this past weekend. It was ok. It wasn't bad. There were a few things I didn't like...1. When we got there we had the elevator code from the owner however it didn't work. I went to the lobby to see what the situation was and the woman behind the desk was rude and snotty but eventually gave me the new code. Why didn't the owner have the code to their property?2. The unit was not dirty but there were things that threw me off. Someone was clearly living there. There was food, etc in the closet which was weird. I also do yoga in the morning and by the time I was done I could clearly see the floors need to be cleaned. A ton of dust/dirt.3. If you go down during the cold weather, they don't have indoor pools so you need to keep that in mind. They are also doing work on the outside hot tub so it was too noisy to use the pool.4. There are no amenities such as restaurant or store at this location so if you need anything you need to travel outside of the complex.5. Parking is a NIGHTMARE! According to the instructions from the owner, the parking is across the street. So where we parked the first night, come to find out that is the garage for another hotel. The parking for this unit is BEHIND the garage/hotel that is across the street. Luckily for me I have handicap parking so I could park for free in the public parking next to the complex.As I stated in the beginning, it was ok for a long weekend. I wouldn't do it again.

Beautiful condo on the beach

This condo was perfect for our 6 adult family. The pictures are 100% accurate. It was great having separate rooms and private bathrooms for our whole group. The host was super quick to respond to questions and messages. Perfect place for a trip to Myrtle.

Annual family vacation

The property was in a great location. The host provided pretty much everything we needed for a perfect vacation. Views of the beach for miles! We couldn’t have asked for a better place! We will definitely be going back!!

Absolutely beautiful condo!

This condo has amazing beach views from every room. Very clean, excellent communication with the owners Jeff and Pam. Location is convenient to the Boardwalk. Stroll down the beach or take a 5 minute drive and you’re there. Beautiful views of the Sky Wheel lit up at night from the wall of windows in the living room. Easy unloading/loading area with temporary parking right beside the elevators. Parking garage is one block behind the condo which was a short two minute walk and free. We loved everything about this place and would definitely recommend it to our family and friends. One note: The hot tub is currently closed for repairs, but the lazy river and interior pool both were heated. We had a wonderful stay.

Awesome Myrtle Beach Stay

This place was absolutely perfect for our stay in Myrtle Beach. The location is just a short ride from the airport and once their you really don't have to drive anywhere else. A quick elevator ride down and you're on the beach. A short walk down the beach and you're on the Boardwalk. We did take a ride down to Huntington Beach to see the alligators and we were not disappointed. The condo is exactly as it appears. Very clean, and well appointed. The beach supplies were great for spending the day in the sand. Of course the balcony and view from the living room/kitchen made it hard to want to leave. We had one issue with the dishwasher but the owners responded quickly and resolved it for us. Thank you Pam and Jim for a great stay. Would definitely stay again in the future

Unbelievable Views! from LR and all 3 bedrooms!

We three friends loved our stay here! Great location! Ocean views from each of our bedrooms! And the ocean view from the living room and patio was just as wonderful. Loved being on the 14th floor. Elevators, beach, all access was smooth and easy. Plenty of chairs and beach towels. We each had our own bedroom and bathroom! It was great! Hosts were easy to work with and very helpful!! Hope to return soon and will stay here for sure!

Nice room, needs cleaned and slow responses from owners

The views from our room were nice.The majority of the inside was updated. The property outside was ok. The parking and the check-in are a bit challenging. There is NO on-site parking, you have to use a garage across the street. There are no assigned parking spaces and little handicapped spots. I had my mother who is handicapped and needs to use a wheelchair or walker, so it took some time getting her to and from. The registration office is tricky to locate, a lot of traffic in front and little patience from the attendees as they try to keep people moving. It took weeks to get a reply from the owners before we took our trip. She apologized and sent a detailed message about checking in, nothing further. We reached out during our stay and it still hasn't been answered. The cleanliness of the condo inside is a different story. The room with the two beds was dirty, the linens were coveredin hair and one bed sheet was stai ed with who knows what.. Hair was all over the attached bathroom and inside the shower. Crumbs, sand and dirt were all over the floors. It appears they have not ever wiped down the walls, dusted any light fixtures or cleaned off a baseboard. The pull out sofa that we needed for our oldest was full hair, food and debris when we pulled out the mattress. We were unable to use it as just a sofa to sleep because it is only a love seat.

Perfect Ocean View

We traveled to MB for a professional conference. The condo was perfect and so much better than staying in a conference hotel. It easily accommodated 8 adults. The condo is well decorated and appointed. The views are outstanding! The hosts were amazing and very responsive to our needs. We would definitely stay here again!

Great condo!

Just stayed with my family for a week and it was exactly as pictured. Very clean, and convenient to everything. The only drawback is parking. There is a garage, which is great, but the elevator only worked about 20% of the time and we had to go up 6 flights of stairs on several occasions. It made it hard for our elderly parents. Highly recommend and would stay there again!

The condo is as described! Beautifully decorated, clean and spacious. Perfect for a family getaway of 9 ages ranging from 20 months to 55. Centrally located for activities, food and shopping.

Owners were so nice and helpful

Pam was really nice and helpful during the stay, great with communication. I will say parking garage information is extremely confusing, but if you ask the registration desk they were helpful too. Condo view was super pretty, photos are exactly how things look! The door lock does not lock by just pressing the name, you have to enter the code to lock the door from the outside same as if you are unlocking. Bathrooms/Showers could have been a little more cleaner, curtains definitely needed to be replaced on showers, but owners said they were coming to do cleaning after our check out, so this could be fixed. Lots of natural lighting and if you are traveling far, no need to waste dragging beach chairs because they had so many extras to borrow, but be respectful. First condo we’ve booked that didn’t have extra cleaning supplies locked away, so we were able to clean up spills or things appropriately. I will say when packing up my children’s toys, I noticed the couch and beds could use a decent cleaning under. I found old fruit snacks under a bed when first arrived. Kitchen trash can looked like no one has ever wiped that poor thing down, but stove was just fine! Again, these things may have been handled. The amount of space plus the view and the great communication from owners make up for any small flaw that can be fixed, it just needs notified to owners. After all, they can’t always be there to see a cleaners job so sometimes it is up to guests to notify owners of flaws kindly

Amazing!

This property is exactly as listed! This set up was perfect for our group of 6. Each couple had their own room with attached bathroom AND balcony with ocean view!! Very clean and well equipped. The property is conveniently located within walking distance of so much! What you see in the pictures is what you get! The property owners made check-in a breeze and provided very detailed instructions for anything we may have needed. We will definitely stay here again!
