* 1 Queen bed and pullout sofa in the living room.

*Washer and dryer available in the unit.

*Kitchen is fully equipped with all basics. *Dining area open to living room.

*Sheets and linens provided.

*Pets are not allowed

*Beach items are not included due to damage/loss of these items.

*Towels are provided for showers only.

*The condo is rented in full. Guests have access to the entire place. Owners are not on the premises while guests are staying.

*Pool entry with pool key and bracelets only. The pool key and bracelets is in the kitchen drawer. Any missing pool key will be accompanied by $100 fee and pool bracelets by $20 for each bracelet.

This location featured with BBQ areas, walking trails, beautiful landscaping. Only few minutes away from the beach, Broadway at the Beach, the mall, airport, convention center, wax museum, lots of restaurants, outlets and night clubs.

Great location

The condo was centrally located to anything g you want to do in Myrtle Beach. The price was amazing. Response of owner was fast. The sliding door didn’t slide and had to be forced open. The floors were new and nicely done but the workers had not cleaned up. There was sawdust and remnants of flooring in the closets. Pool fob didn’t work but it was too cool for swimming while we were there anyway. Overall good place in a great location.
