The view of the beach was amazing. The unit was clean and the kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. There was a regular coffee maker and a Keurig. The unit was cozy and modernized with plenty of space to relax and/or watch TV. We would definitely recommend this rental to others.

Our third stay in the books! We had another great stay at this unit. Absolutely beautiful sunrise views! The pool areas were amazing, too! Our group got to enjoy those more this year. Already looking forward to next year!

This was our 2nd time staying in this unit and once again had a great time. Our group consisted of 4 adults and 2 children (ages 12 and 6). We were all able to gather in the living area together comfortably. Beautiful view from the living area and balcony! The unit has all the basics we needed to get through the week. The kids appreciate the toys in the closet. There were some renovations to the pool area since the last time we were there and our 6 year old didnt want to leave the area. Brad is a great host to work with - clear, prompt communication. Looking forward to visiting again soon!

Annual vacation

As a whole great property to stay normally but as for now there are issues. Beds slept great. Not loud in any way. Very clean but it is 2025, there were no and I mean no chargers or ability to plug into power anywhere in the property. Had to go and buy wall chargers. The tubs need upgrading for safety purposes. We had to buy a shower mat to feel like we would not slip in the shower. The garage is a bit difficult to enter leaving due to the design verses current vehicle sizes. The garage is manageable just takes some maneuvering to get from level to level. Also the pools are under construction two where closed and actively under construction.

There were three females staying 7 days. The fact that it had two bedrooms and two updated bathrooms was very nice. The kitchen was spacious and living room had a large sofa. Never a problem with the covered parking and the elevators were fairly quick with few people on them. However, there was construction going on at the pool area and beach access. They did provide access to the beach by way of the property next door. They were working on restoring the outside area and should be finished soon. It wasn’t ideal but did the best they could. You could see progress every day. Look forward to going back to fully enjoy it next year. Thanks for opening your property to us had a great time!

Nice Beach Eacape

Great communication with owner. There was construction still going on and he was able to help and ease our concerns. The condo was absolutely beautiful and had everything that we needed. Will definitely book again and cant wait to see the completion of the construction.

Grand Atlantic Resort

A couple of weeks before my arrival the property manager informed me that the pools were under construction. The property manager offered two days additional before my arrival. At that point I was not able to change my schedule. I was informed by the resort that the property manager was informed about the construction of the pools back in December. If was informed before booking this property I would not done so. Also, the property was not clean very dusty and the bathroom shower was not cleaned. The ceiling fan was very dusty. The resort also informed me that they offered a partial refund to the guest to the guest that rented them. The construction of the pool was not listed on the website or during the booking of the property. Unfortunately, accommodation that was offered did not meet my expectations. I will not be booking from this property manager again.

Excellent Property and Host

This condo is right on the beach, balcony has full unobstructed view of the Atlantic which allowed breathtaking sunrises and calming waves in the evening.The condo is spacious, updated and very comfortable. For our family of 3 it was perfect. 2 lsrge bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, laundry full kitchen that has everything you need to prepare meals, large comfy couch and chairs to relax, TV in every room. Couldn’t ask for more!The host Brad is fantastic and super responsive for questions. You can tell he cares about his property and guests comfort. He even provides chairs, an umbrella and other beach stuff.Highly recommend this condo and host!
