This luxurious two-bedroom, two-bathroom first-floor condo in North Myrtle Beach is great for couples or small families. The elegant living room has wood-look tile flooring, a leather sofa, two decorative accent chairs and a sliding door that leads to a private balcony. The kitchen overlooks the dining and living areas and features granite counters, stainless appliances and updated cabinets. The spacious master suite has a king bed, new flooring, an additional balcony entrance and attached bathroom with a jetted tub. The guest room has two queen beds with access to a beautifully updated bathroom. Crescent Shores offers an indoor pool, a large outdoor pool and lazy river, and two outdoor hot tubs, all just footsteps from the ocean. A fitness center is also on the premises. Located in the Crescent Beach section on historic Ocean Boulevard, Crescent Shores is within minutes from all the action on Main Street to the north, and renowned shopping and dining at Barefoot Landing to the south. The resort is also walking distance to an Irish pub that offers a unique oceanfront dining experience, as well as an ice cream shop to cure any beachgoer's sweet tooth. The beach at Crescent Shores offers the more adventurous guest seasonal parasailing and banana boat rides, something exclusive to the Crescent Beach area.

I gave a nice review on Yelp for this unit Crescent Shores - S 109 because obviously is individually owned by an owner and their family and stay there on their vacation so not only is it well kept and up-to-date but maintained beautifully. It is also decorated beautifully. Everything was clean and there is plenty of utensils pots pans and dishes. Location is absolutely perfect being so close to the water. The only thing is when it looks like you have other rentals or people from the town can get passes for the pool they were playing very loud radios and being on the first floor was not enjoyable. But mention it wasn't enjoyable sitting at the pool when I had my music very low and they came and blasted their music. That's something you still need to police unfortunately. the staff building we're very helpful and polite.

Meticulous Unit Decorated with Class

The Condo was a 10 and just as upscale as the photos showed. Beach was perfect. Pool and property are kept up nicely. Wish the hot tub was used for adults only though. Only issue was check in and out times listed on Vrbo were incorrect. Ck in shows as 3pm and we had access at 5pm. The private owner was very responsive and easy to contact. Beautiful accommodation, immaculately maintained. Nice plus was being beachfront and being able to rent chairs/ umbrellas. Definitely worth the price.
