This third-floor three-bedroom condo features an updated kitchen and bathrooms, washer and dryer, tile flooring throughout the main living areas and kitchen and a private oceanfront balcony. The unit has a cozy living room with a sleeper sofa and flatscreen tv as well as a sliding glass door outside to the balcony with ample seating. The kitchen has upgraded cabinets, granite countertops, seating at the bar and a new light fixture at the dining table. The master suite has a queen bed with another balcony entrance and a private bathroom with his and hers sinks. There’s another room with a queen bed and a third bedroom with two twins. Crescent Towers I has been a staple of luxury and family favorite resort in the Crescent Beach section of North Myrtle Beach for decades. Resort amenities include a large outdoor pool, perfect for cooling off after a long day on the beach. Located in the highly sought after Crescent Beach section of North Myrtle Beach, Crescent Towers I is within minutes from all the action on Main Street to the north and renowned shopping and dining at Barefoot Landing to the south.
