The room was furnished most attractively and smelled citrus fresh upon arrival. The 16th floor view and beach access were second to none. We loved the natural brightness emanating from the living room and bedroom windows. Access to washer and dryer for clean laundry is always a huge bonus. There were multiple repairs made while we visited, including lighting being fixed above the indoor pool and hot tubs and sand blasting in the stairwell. All the unit owners and renters we conversed with were so kind and friendly. Our hostess was quick to reply to our questions about check-in and available supplies. We enjoyed this location so much, we are looking into condo listings in the Palms available for purchase. We will undoubtedly be back in the future!

The view was spectacular. Host communication was very quick. Condo was exactly as described. Comfortable beds, kitchen fully stocked with everything we needed. From opening the door, the view from the window was breathtaking and just what I was looking for! The view from the balcony was amazing too! We watched wildlife in and around the ocean and it was awesome! The room was very clean; the beds were comfy and just perfect for our little group! The neighborhood seemed safe, we didn't feel uncomfortable walking around or at the beach at night. Can't wait to go again!

My girlfriend and I had a wonderful stay at this beachside condo. The location is perfect on the 16th floor below the penthouse and the view is second to none! Everything in the condo is fully equipped and very clean. The common areas around the rest of the building like the lobby area could use a fresh cleaning now a then but other then that no complaints and we would stay here again anytime. Right smack dab in the center of the action and a private shaded parking garage for the car. Great place to stay for a few nights or a whole week! Thanks again :)
