Everything was very nice. Staff was very helpful.

On busy highway, beside go-cart track. Front desk clerk okay, but not very customer friendly. Continental breakfast was delicious and coffee was good. Tables are crowded in a corner of a room, not easy to walk around. Housekeeping through away some of our groceries that was in a paper bag. They gave us $5 credit, but wasn't apologetic. They only have one elevator that is SLOW and only a few luggage roller carts, so at check out we had to do several trips to vehicle from 2nd floor. Beds weren't that comfortable. Fine for a business trip, but not vacation friendly and no easy access to beach/ocean.

Expected better at a Best Western, staff not all that friendly or helpful.

We missed not having a pool, which is pretty much the norm for a motel at the beach. When we first got in the room, it had a very musty, moldy smell to it. Either we got used to it, or it went away the more we went in and out. Other than that, it was sufficient for our weekend. I must say that, although we didn't have a lot of contact with the staff, when we did, they were marvelous! Front desk and housekeepers were terrific and that's tricky to keep good employees at the beach, where employment competition is fierce!

Minor inconvenience work light out over bathroom mirror, and checking was slow. Overall though, it was a good option for my need

Staff friendly, breakfast was good, convienent, didn't have to go out to get breakfast. Housekeeping very helpful, pleasant.

Not bad at all day staff was completely helpful and accommodating, night staff however rude, and unaware that guests were the ones who paid the bills! Overall though i would stay again

Must stay here if in the area. Very well maintained and easy access.

Needed someplace comfortable and quiet for a one night business stay. Was clean, quiet, and little things like better bedding and towels made it comfortable. Good value for the money.

Walked in slight smell, SLIGHT smell. Light above entrance was burnt out. Sink was dirty and one roll of toilet paper on the back of the toilet none on actual holder. Everything thing else was an average hotel room I would stay here again for the price. Front desk guy greeted me by name every time I went in the lobby slept in so didn't make it to the breakfast. Overall good stay for the price!

Hello and thank you so much for your time reviewing our hotel and letting us know of your experience. I am sorry we did not meet your expectations during your stay. We are a small hotel with only 90 rooms and three floors so space unfortunately is limited in our breakfast area. We do have plans in the very near future to renovate the entire property.I also want to address the issue you had with not having access to the beach. We do not advertise in any way that we are on the beach, walking distance from the beach or anything like that. We tell everyone we are two miles from the beach which is accurate. I hope this answers some of your concerns and agian thank you!
